MyFitnessi r\u00fchmatreeningute juhi <strong>Eva Ottase<\/strong> s\u00f5nul koosneb Fitbox peamiselt jala-, rusika-, k\u00fc\u00fcnarnuki- ja p\u00f5lvel\u00f6\u00f6kidest. Treening sisaldab taipoksi, <em>kung fu<\/em>, karate ja\u00a0<em>kick-box&#8217; i<\/em>\u00a0elemente. \u201cHarjutusi tehakse muusika saatel, kasutades spetsiaalseid veega t\u00e4idetud l\u00f6\u00f6gikotte ehk\u00a0<em>fitbox&#8217;\u00a0<\/em>e ning k\u00e4es on kaitseks kindad,\u201d lausub Eva.<\/p>\n<p>Fitness Rope45 treeningus kasutatakse aga spetsiaalseid suuri treeningk\u00f6isi, mis annavad koormuse nii \u00fclakehale kui ka kerelihastele. \u201cTreeningus koormatakse kogu keha v\u00f5rdselt ja treenida saab iga\u00fcks vastavalt oma v\u00f5imetele,\u201d \u00fctleb Eva. Trenne leiab igale maitsele alates ujumisest kuni tantsuliste variantideni v\u00e4lja.<\/p>\n<p>Tallinna, P\u00e4rnu ja Viljandi klubides tegutseb n\u00e4iteks Teens Training Club. Selle nime taga peidab end \u00fcldf\u00fc\u00fcsilise treeningu pakett, mis on m\u00f5eldud lastele vanuses 12-15 eluaastat. Trenn arendab erinevaid kehalisi v\u00f5imeid ning vastupidavust, oluline on seegi, et treenerite juhendamisel saavad k\u00f5ik harjutused tehtud \u00f5ige tehnikaga.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcdrukud aga, kellele meeldivad rohkem tantsulised trennid, v\u00f5ivad valida laste <em>show<\/em>tantsu treeningu. Tantsides areneb painduvus ja koordinatsioon ning trenn m\u00f5nusa muusika saatel tagab alati hea tuju.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Astu esimene samm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>10.-18. septembrini kestab ka <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spordinadal.ee\" target=\"_blank\">spordin\u00e4dal<\/a>, mille jooksul on hea v\u00f5imalus eri treeningutega tutvust teha. MyFitnessi k\u00f5ikides klubides pakutakse selle n\u00e4dala jooksul treeninguid <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myfitness.ee\/liitumine-ja-hinnad\/tule-proovitreeningule\/\" target=\"_blank\">eriti soodsa hinnaga<\/a>\u00a0ja spordiklubi turundusjuhi Marika M\u00e4saku s\u00f5nul julgustatakse sellega inimesi tegema k\u00f5ige raskem samm \u2013 samm koduuksest v\u00e4lja. \u201c\u00c4rgitame k\u00f5iki, kes on seni olnud spordikauged v\u00f5i pole erinevatel p\u00f5hjustel s\u00f6andanud klubisse tulla, treeningutega alustama ja seel\u00e4bi asuma tervislikuma ja aktiivsema elustiili teele,\u201d \u00fctles Marika. \u201cOleme t\u00e4hele pannud, et paljud \u00fchekordsed k\u00fclastajad otsustavad proovi- v\u00f5i n\u00e4idistrenni j\u00e4rel klubiga liituda ning seel\u00e4bi spordiga regulaarselt tegelema hakata.
