Esimesed treeningud m\u00f6\u00f6dusid Tartus Spordiklubis Velo, hiljem liitus ta juba Pelotoniga ning k\u00e4esolevast aastast v\u00f5istleb rattur ka maineka Sportland\u00a0Bottecchia Team\u2019i ridades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tulemusteni targa treenimise ja t\u00f6\u00f6ga<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ilma varasema pikaajalise sporditaustata Janelle unistab v\u00e4lismaal treenimisest ja suurtest s\u00f5itudest. Ta ei n\u00f5ustu, et on rattas\u00f5idus tippu j\u00f5udmiseks liiga hilja alustanud. \u201cV\u00e4lismaa tiimides s\u00f5idavad 40-aastased naised j\u00e4tkuvalt maailma tipus. Mehed kipuvad sellises vanuses ala maha panema. Grete Treier alustas ka kuskil kahek\u00fcmneselt, j\u00f5udis Eestis naiste arvestuses tippu \u00fcsna kiirelt ning esimesi paremaid tulemusi v\u00e4lismaa s\u00f5itudelt sai ta pisut alla kolmek\u00fcmneselt. V\u00e4lismaale suundumisegagi l\u00e4ks omajagu aega. Ka Liisa Ehrberg ei alustanud rattas\u00f5iduga v\u00e4ga noorelt. Proovin uusi teadmisi n-\u00f6 katse-eksitus meetodil j\u00f5udum\u00f6\u00f6da rakendada. Hooaeg algas raskelt, kohustusi oli nii palju, et ei j\u00f5udnud korralikult v\u00e4lja puhata. Pideva v\u00e4simuse pealt k\u00f5ige tegemine annab tunda. Suve algul k\u00e4isin Euroopa meistriv\u00f5istlustel maastikurattamaratonis, kus sain 13. koha. Eesti meistriv\u00f5istlustel maastikurattamaratonis j\u00e4in sentimeetritega alla teisele kohale, napp kaotus oli, tuli pronks. Estonian Cup\u2019i sarjas tulin \u00fcldkokkuv\u00f5ttes kolmandaks. Lisaks teenisin maanteel Eesti meistriv\u00f5istlustel grupis\u00f5idus h\u00f5beda,\u201d v\u00f5ib Janelle arvates olusid arvestades rahule j\u00e4\u00e4da.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Naised ratastele ja K\u00f5rvemaale!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Septembrikuu viimasel laup\u00e4eval ootab teda ees veel start <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jooks.ee\/et\/korvemaa-rattamaraton\/\" target=\"_blank\">K\u00f5rvemaa rattamaratonil<\/a>, kus saab taas konkurentidega rinda pista ning maastikurattas\u00f5idust r\u00f5\u00f5mu tunda. \u201cEsimest korda osalesin K\u00f5rvemaal 2012. aastal ning tulin tookord starti Eesti meistrina! Olin selleks eelnevalt suutnud alistada Maaris Meieri. V\u00f5itu ei tulnud, j\u00e4in teiseks. 2013. aastal j\u00e4in kolmandaks ning mullu \u00f5nnestus l\u00f5puks v\u00f5it koju tuua,\u201d meenutab rattur.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5rvemaa rattamaratoni starti innustab ta tulema eelk\u00f5ige k\u00f5iki naisi. \u201cSeal on head laiad rajad ning pole hirmugi, et s\u00f5it liiga tehniline tuleb. Ja need m\u00e4nnimetsad \u2026\u201d \u00f5hkab ta. \u201cRahvaspordi\u00fcritustel on m\u00f5nus melu, inimesed on positiivsed ja \u00fcksteise vastu head. Kui 40 km trass \u00fcletamatu tundub, siis tervisedistants on 18 km, mis on alustajale proovimiseks kindlasti j\u00f5ukohane. Eks see k\u00f5ik m\u00e4ngib omajagu rolli, sest kui v\u00f5imalused on meeste poole kaldu, siis tuleb neid lihtsalt rohkem. Rattas\u00f5it pakub adrenaliini, pole ehk nii graatsiline ning istub meestele rohkem. Samas ala kui selline on jooksmisega v\u00f5rreldes kehale ja liigestele palju leebem. Kel on kaaluga probleeme, siis tasub kindlasti esimesena ratta selga istuda ning omas tempos rahulikult kulgeda,\u201d soovitab sportlane.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sportimine on elu lahutamatu osa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ratta seljas n\u00e4eb Janellet pea aastaringselt. \u201cPole halba ilma, on vale riietus. Talvel saab samamoodi edukalt rattaga s\u00f5ita. Olemas on isegi naelkummid, mida libedaga kasutada. N\u00fc\u00fcd on uueks trendiks laia kummiga fatbike\u2019id, millega on lumes eriti hea s\u00f5ita. Sisetingimustes saab kasutada rattapukki v\u00f5i minna spinningutrenni,\u201d loetleb Janelle erinevaid v\u00f5imalusi.
