Bikiinifitnessi s\u00e4rav t\u00e4ht Egle Eller-Nabi teab aga t\u00e4pselt, kuidas ennast ka k\u00f5ige raskemal hetkel innustada.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nimelt on Egle ennast pikemat aega motiveerinud just Endomondo rakenduse abil. Enda jaoks leidis ta selle nutika abivahendi m\u00f6\u00f6dunud kevadel, mil valmistus bikiinifitnessi ol\u00fcmpiaks. \u201cOtsisin lihtsalt lisamotivatsiooni,\u201d selgitab Egle, miks ta otsustas endale Endomondo rakenduse t\u00f5mmata. Mis Eesti bikiinifitnessi kuningannat Endomondo juures aga k\u00f5ige enam k\u00f6idab? \u201cMulle meeldib selle lihtsus, seda on superlihtne kasutada,\u201d toob Egle v\u00e4lja rakenduse \u00fche plussi. Mis on aga k\u00f5ige toredam, treeninguid tehes saab oma s\u00f5pradega v\u00f5istelda ja nii motivatsiooni kogu aeg k\u00f5rgel hoida. \u201c<em>Challenge<\/em> on alati motiveeriv,\u201d r\u00e4\u00e4gib Egle. \u201cVaatad, et s\u00f5ber k\u00e4is trennis, oota, ma pean ka kohe minema,\u201d selgitab Egle s\u00f5braliku konkurentsi motiveerivat j\u00f5udu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motiveeriv treener kogu aeg taskus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Endomondo n\u00e4ol on tegemist rakendusega, mis kogu aeg oma kasutajat motiveerib ja sportima meelitab. \u201cSeal saab seada eesm\u00e4rgid, panna paika kiirus, distants v\u00f5i kalorikulu,\u201d selgitab Egle rakenduse v\u00f5imalusi. \u201cTreeningu ajal annab rakendus kogu aeg m\u00e4rku, kas liigud oma eesm\u00e4rgi suunas ja mida selle nimel veel tegema peaks,\u201d selgitab ta. \u201cKohe kui tempot alla lased, siis annab sellest m\u00e4rku,\u201d r\u00e4\u00e4gib Egle, kuidas rakendus kasutajat motiveerib.
