Mitte ainult k\u00e4e-silma koordinatsioon ei ole m\u00e4\u00e4rav, vaid ka tasakaal ja oma keha kontrollimine, mille tulemusena on v\u00f5imalik korrata sarnast liigutust. <strong>Golf on t\u00e4psuse m\u00e4ng ja selleks et golfi nautida, tuleb palli t\u00e4pselt tabada, mille eelduseks j\u00e4llegi on hea n\u00e4gemine.<\/strong> Maas liikumatult seisvale pallile pihta saamine peaks teoreetiliselt olema lihtsam kui m\u00f5nel teisel spordialal, kus pall liigub v\u00e4ga kiiresti (tennis, j\u00e4\u00e4hoki v\u00f5i pesapall). Niikuinii on aju verevarustus golfi m\u00e4ngides suurenenud t\u00e4nu f\u00fc\u00fcsilisele koormusele, aga sellele lisanduvad veel kaasm\u00e4ngijatega suhtlemine, sisek\u00f5ne iseendaga, oma l\u00f6\u00f6gi visualiseerimine, m\u00e4ngustrateegia ja muud individuaalsed m\u00e4nguelemendid.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5ik golfiga seotud tegevused rajal on heaks treeninguks vaimule, sest <strong>\u00fchesugune olukord ei kordu kunagi, tingimused on pidevas muutumises ja v\u00e4ljakutseid jagub nii endast s\u00f5ltuvatel kui ka mittes\u00f5ltuvatel p\u00f5hjustel<\/strong>. Tihtipeale on ka t\u00e4iskasvanutel raskusi nende iseloomuomaduste rakendamisega. Tuleviku, t\u00f6\u00f6 ja eraelu laabumise eelduseks on aga nimetatud omadused endas leida ning mida varem, seda parem. Golfi kaudu on lastel v\u00f5imalik neid kogeda ja m\u00e4ngu k\u00e4igus omandada. <strong>Et golfis edu saavutada, on vaja j\u00e4rjepidevalt harjutada<\/strong>.
