Bert harrastab peamiselt BMX <em>flatland<\/em>\u2019i, kuid aeg-ajalt harjutab ka teisi stiile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bert, mis sind BMX-i juurde t\u00f5i?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4gin parklas kahte kutti harjutamas ja olin kohe lummatud, kuna see oli niiv\u00f5rd teistsugune ja \u00e4ge. See on \u00fcks tehnilisemaid ja keerulisemaid alasid, kuna n\u00f5uab head tasakaalu ja koordinatsiooni. Teiselt poolt on see aga k\u00f5ige vabam ala, s\u00f5itu ei piira h\u00fcpped, rajad ega mingid reeglid. Sa v\u00f5id teha rattal k\u00f5ike, mis p\u00e4he tuleb: mida originaalsem ja loomingulisem oled, seda parem. Paljud on v\u00f5rrelnud <em>BMX flatland<\/em>\u2019i n\u00e4iteks hiphopi ja breiktantsuga.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Millest peaks alustama, kui on soov BMX-i trikke teha?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt peaks kindlasti muretsema \u00f5ige suurusega BMX-i, mitte ostma esimese ettejuhtuva v\u00f5i k\u00f5ige ilusama.<\/p>\n<p>Alustada tuleb k\u00f5ige lihtsamatest trikkidest (<em>basic<\/em>), n\u00e4iteks <em>bunnyhop<\/em>, 180, <em>manual<\/em>. Mida rohkem <em>basic<\/em>-trikke selgeks \u00f5ppida, seda lihtsam tulevikus on. Trikke saab \u00f5ppida \u00fcksk\u00f5ik millistel platsidel ja parklates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kui tihti ja kus peamiselt treenid?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Treenin keskmiselt kolm-neli p\u00e4eva n\u00e4dalas. M\u00f5nel p\u00e4eval tegelen f\u00fcsioteraapiaga v\u00f5i \u00fcldise kehatreeninguga v\u00f5i s\u00f5idan maanteerattaga. Keegi ei \u00fctle, kuidas sa s\u00f5itma pead v\u00f5i milliseid trikke pead tegema.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Millised on k\u00f5ige keerulisemad trikid, mida BMX-rattaga teed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minu enda trikid ehk need, mille olen ise v\u00e4lja m\u00f5elnud. Need on \u00fchtepidi k\u00f5ige raskemad ja v\u00f5tavad k\u00f5ige rohkem aega, aga millegi t\u00e4iesti uue loomine on v\u00e4ga l\u00f5bus protsess. Peale esimesi operatsioone olin kannatamatu ja hakkasin liiga vara s\u00f5itma \u2013 kuus kuud rattast eemal olemine ajas vaikselt hulluks ja ma lihtsalt ei suutnud enam oodata. Proovisin operatsioonide vahepeal samuti, aga asi ei olnud sama, kuni viimase operatsioonini. Lasin endal korralikult taastuda, tegin k\u00f5vasti f\u00fcsioteraapiat ning siis asusin uuesti s\u00f5itma. N\u00fc\u00fcdseks olen tagasi ja tunnen end tugevamana kui varem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mida BMX-iga s\u00f5itmine sulle annab?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00f5imaluse k\u00f5ik mured unustada ja tunda ennast t\u00e4iesti vabana. Saan iga minut luua rattal midagi uut, teha midagi, mis on erinev ja silmapaistev. T\u00e4nu BMX-ile olen saanud reisida kogu maailmas ja kohtunud v\u00e4ga paljude huvitavate inimestega. Kindlasti plaanin osaleda v\u00f5imalikult paljudel v\u00f5istlustel v\u00e4lisriikides. Motivatsioon on praegu v\u00e4ga suur, eelk\u00f5ige tahan j\u00f5uda tagasi vanale taseme ja veelgi kaugemale.
