Algklassides meeldis talle enim m\u00e4ngida jalgpalli, lisaks \u00f5ppis suusatamagi ning leidis aega ka malem\u00e4nguga tegelemiseks. Elementideks v\u00f5ivad olla vastupidavusalad, klassikaline t\u00f5stmine ja g\u00fcmnastika ehk enda keharaskusega tehtavad harjutused. Madist paelub ala mitmek\u00fclgsus ja v\u00f5istluslik iseloom. \u201e<strong>K\u00f5ik treeningud on sisult erinevad ning kahte samasugust trenni pole veel ette tulnud<\/strong>,\u201c kiidab Madis. \u201eCrossFitis on r\u00f5hk p\u00f6\u00f6ratud kogu keha treenimisele, sest tihti selguvad sooritatavad alad napilt enne v\u00f5istlust. Meil peavad olema nii \u00fcldine tugev f\u00fc\u00fcsiline kui ka vaimne v\u00f5imekus igas valdkonnas, et k\u00f5igeks valmis olla.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>CrossFit nihutab j\u00e4tkuvalt Madise piire ning t\u00e4nu sellele on ta avastanud, kui paljuks ta tegelikult v\u00f5imeline on. V\u00f5istlemagi ajendab teda just oma piiride j\u00e4rjepidav kompamine ja nendest \u00fcle astumine, natukene muidugi ka isiklik ego ja uhkus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tugevused ja n\u00f5rkused<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4nu mitmek\u00fclgsetele treeningutele nooremas eas, suudab Madis CrossFiti igal alal h\u00e4sti esineda, ent omad head ja vead on temalgi. \u201eSuurimaks tugevuseks pean seda, et <strong>ma ei karda v\u00e4lja astuda mugavustsoonist ning arendada neid k\u00fclgi, milles ma ennast veel v\u00e4ga tugevana ei tunne<\/strong>. N\u00e4iteks on CrossFiti harrastamiseks vaja spetsiaalseid jalan\u00f5usid, mis toetaksid jalga kangiharjutustel ja oleksid sobilikud ka g\u00fcmnastilisteks harjutusteks. Under Armour Charged treeningjalatsid on t\u00e4pselt sellised \u2013 need on parajalt pehmed jooksmiseks ja piisavalt j\u00e4igad t\u00f5stmisharjutusteks. Madise v\u00f5istlushooaeg algas 21. mail Tartus FitGames esimesel etapil v\u00f5idukalt. Ka <strong>m\u00f6\u00f6dunud aastal saavutas ta sarja kokkuv\u00f5ttes k\u00f5rge teise koha.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>27. mail oli Madis stardis\u00a0Spring Madnessi v\u00f5istlusel Tallinnas, kus ta platseerus 4. kohale. Muuhulgas\u00a0tuli v\u00f5istluse raames joosta 4 km, t\u00f5sta nelja minutiga maast pea kohale kangid raskustega 40 kg &#8211; 110 kg, teha sangpommit\u00f5steid ja 40 m jooksusprinte &#8211; just nii mitmek\u00fclgsed ongi s\u00e4\u00e4rased j\u00f5uproovid. &#8220;Kokkuv\u00f5ttes selle tulemusega rahul ei ole, aga n\u00fc\u00fcd on j\u00e4lle pilt selgem, mida vaja rohkem treenida. <em>Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn<\/em>!&#8221; teab Madis.<\/p>\n<p>Oma esimesest CrossFit v\u00f5istlusest v\u00f5ttis Madis osa m\u00f6\u00f6dunud aastal L\u00e4tis, TRU-FIT Summer Gamesil, kus ta j\u00f5udis poodiumi madalaimale astmele. Lisaks on ta osalenud nii Rootsi kui Soome CrossFiti v\u00f5istlustel.
