Tunned, et jubedalt tahaks, aga on tarvis seda viimast t\u00f5uget? Just nii oli ka minul.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4isin 2016 aasta juulikuus vaatamas Tartu Milli igamehe triatloni, kus elukaaslane mul osales (toim. Marten) \u00a0\u2013 p\u00e4ike paistis, inimesed elasid kaasa ja tuhanded inimesed esitasid omale v\u00e4ljakutse. Vaatasin osalejaid ning m\u00f5tlesin, et <strong>pealtn\u00e4ha t\u00e4itsa tavalised naised ja mehed<\/strong>, ei tundu olevat profisportlased ega midagi. Huvitav, mis on see, mis paneb neid osalema? Ja veel eelmine aasta nii ka mina. Olgugi, et jooksu\u00fcritustel olen nii m\u00f5nelgi osalenud, tundus triatlon hoopis teise tase \u2013 ujumine, ratas ja jooks \u2013 kolm ala ootab alistamist. M\u00f5tlesime naljatades, et teeme siis juba panuseid ka \u2013 osales 2 tuttavat: mina arvasin, et tuleb \u00fchel parem l\u00f5ppaeg ning Marten arvas, et teisel. Et aga asja p\u00f5nevamaks teha, pakkus ta v\u00e4lja, et <strong>juhul, kui \u201ekaotan\u201c mina, siis j\u00e4rgmine aasta v\u00f5tame \u00fcheskoos triatloni ette.<\/strong> Arvestades, et tema oli juba m\u00f5ned triatlonid l\u00e4binud, siis mina esitasin temale v\u00e4ljakutse avaveeujumisv\u00f5istluse n\u00e4ol, teades, et ujumine on tema k\u00f5ige n\u00f5rgem ala neist kolmest. Tundus igati aus diil. M\u00f5eldud, tehtud! Meil on vaja v\u00e4ljakutseid, et tunda ennast elus. \u00dcks esitab endale v\u00e4ljakutse m\u00f5ne sportlikku saavutuse n\u00e4ol, teine v\u00f5ib-olla t\u00f6\u00f6kohas, kolmas \u00fclikoolis \u2013 see, millisel viisil keegi omale eesm\u00e4rgi p\u00fcstitab, on tema valik, oluline on, et ei tekiks rutiini. Rutiin = mugavustsoon. Mugavustsooniga v\u00f5ib sageli kaasneda t\u00fcdimus \u2013 <strong>meil on \u00fcksainus elu, tuleb v\u00f5tta sellest viimast.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Treeningu eesm\u00e4rgi p\u00fcstitamisel on olulised mitu faktorit. Esiteks, <strong>miks Sa seda teed?<\/strong> <strong>Kellega Sa seda teed<\/strong> &#8211; \u00fcksi v\u00f5i meeskonnaga? <strong>Kas tulemus on oluline?<\/strong> Isiklik eesm\u00e4rk ei tohi kunagi olla kellelegi teisele, nii Sinu treeningplaanist asja ei saa. Kui Sinul on eelnevalt mingi sportlik taust olemas ning <strong>koera oskad ujuda, siis usun, et kuidagi teed ikka asja \u00e4ra<\/strong>. Alustan seega miniversioonist, sest see tundub lihtsalt tore. Oma esimeselt v\u00f5istluselt tahan saada suurep\u00e4rast emotsiooni ja usun, et seal 100m ujumise, 10km rattas\u00f5idu ning 2km jooksuga selle ka saan. Teine v\u00f5istlus K\u00f5rvemaal tuleb juba v\u00e4ljakutsuvam. Distantsid on seal k\u00fcll veel piisavalt l\u00fchikesed, et on m\u00f5eldud kogupere\u00fcritusena, aga maastik&#8230; <strong>see m\u00e4gine maastik teeb asja, v\u00e4hemalt minule, v\u00e4ljakutsuvaks.<\/strong> Viimasena v\u00f5tame ette kurikuulsa SiS Ironman Otep\u00e4\u00e4 igamehetriatloni ehk 400m ujumist, 18km maanteeratast ning 4km jooksu. Viimane saabki olema minujaoks see v\u00f5istlus, mille nimel treenida. Sinna on veel m\u00f5ned kuud aega, seega n\u00fc\u00fcd, kui \u00fclikool sai l\u00f5petatud, on viimane aeg end tihedamalt \u00f5htusele rattatiirule motiveerida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tahad rohkem teada, kuidas m\u00f6\u00f6dub triatloni ettevalmistus, milline on varustus ning millised saadud emotsioonid nii v\u00f5istlustel kui ka treeningul?
