Olen mitmeid kordi k\u00f5rge ja ebaregulaarse pulsi t\u00f5ttu treeningud varem l\u00f5petanud ja endale lisa puhkep\u00e4eva andnud, kuigi enesetunde j\u00e4rgi oleks v\u00f5inud edasi treenida. V\u00e4sinuna treenides v\u00f5ib efekt ja l\u00f5pptulemus olla vastupidine, mida sa tegelikult tahaksid. \u00dcletreeningust tekivad traumad, vigastuste oht suureneb, pidev v\u00e4simus, sportliku arengu seisak jne.
