Lisaks tehnilise varustuse valmisolekule, ei tee paha enda men\u00fc\u00fcle t\u00e4helepanu p\u00f6\u00f6rata, joogipudelid puhtaks pesta ning energiageelid valmis panna. Korraliku hommikus\u00f6\u00f6gi toel on hea oma p\u00e4eva ja \u00fchtlasi ka v\u00f5istlust alustada. Rattapluusi taskutesse peidab Maris lisaks telefonile (rajal v\u00f5ib abi vaja minna) veel m\u00f5ned SiS energiageelid ja rattale varub 1-2 pudelit spordijooki, eelistuseks SiS GO Electrolyte.
