T\u00fcdruk tegeles kergej\u00f5ustikuga, kus tema aladeks olid mitmev\u00f5istlus ja keskmaajooks ning unistas juba lapsep\u00f5lves treeneriametist. \u201cSelle soovi t\u00e4itumine v\u00f5ttis veidi aega. P\u00e4rast \u00fclikooli\u00f5pinguid tuli armastus, seej\u00e4rel laps ning alles siis p\u00f5hjalikud \u00f5pingud personaaltreeneriks saamiseks,\u201d \u00fctleb Polina, kes on l\u00e4binud FAF Eesti personaaltreeneri koolituse, mis p\u00f5hineb FAF (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.faf.fi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fitness Academy of Finland<\/a>) koolituslitsentsidel. \u201cPersonaaltreenerina t\u00f6\u00f6tades <strong>pean oluliseks pidevat enesearendamist &#8211; ja see meeldib mulle<\/strong>. Ma naudin ka inimestega suhtlemist ja soovin j\u00f5uda klientidega hea koost\u00f6\u00f6ni, et nad saavutaksid oma tervise ja hea vormiga seotud eesm\u00e4rgid,\u201d r\u00e4\u00e4gib Polina oma t\u00f6\u00f6st.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lihtsad t\u00f5ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00f5istagi on tervislik elustiil ja sportlikkus Polina elus v\u00e4ga t\u00e4htsal kohal, sest ainult nii saab hoida head elukvaliteeti. \u201cSelleks, et p\u00fcsida terve ja eluj\u00f5ulisena on minu elus v\u00e4ga olulisel kohal liigutamine. See ei t\u00e4henda alati n\u00e4iteks igap\u00e4evaseid j\u00f5usaali treeninguid, vaid <strong>oluline on hoida energia tasakaalu<\/strong>, et tagada hea tervis ehk p\u00f6\u00f6rata t\u00e4helepanu sellele, kas \u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4evane aktiivsus on piisav. Loomulikult k\u00e4ib sinna juurde regulaarne ja mitmek\u00fclgne toitumine,\u201d \u00fctleb Polina.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-23569\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sportlandmagazine.com\/est\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Jake_Farra_0051_rotermann-1200x799.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"799\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Jake_Farra_0051_rotermann-1200x799.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Jake_Farra_0051_rotermann-600x399.jpg 600w, https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Jake_Farra_0051_rotermann-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5ige paremad tulemused saavutatakse ikka siis, kui tegeletakse sellega, mis meeldib ning sellest p\u00f5him\u00f5ttest tuleks l\u00e4htuda ka spordiala valikul. \u201c<strong>\u00d5ige spordiala leidmiseks kuula enda keha ja vali spordiala, mis on sulle meeltm\u00f6\u00f6da.<\/strong> Peaasi, et sa end liigutaksid,\u201d usub Polina ja lisab, et kui sooviks on leida sobivad harjutused konkreetsete eesm\u00e4rkide saavutamiseks, siis on hea m\u00f5te p\u00f6\u00f6rduda ka personaaltreeneri poole. \u201cEt j\u00e4rjepidevalt treenida ja motivatsiooni hoida, siis liiguta end j\u00f5ukohaselt, treeni teadlikult, toitu regulaarselt ja mitmek\u00fclgselt ning puhka,\u201d jagab Polina soovitusi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stiilne <a href=\"http:\/\/www.baltics.adidas.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">adidas<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Polina s\u00f5nul on sporti tehes v\u00e4ga olulisel kohal ka \u00f5ige varustus vastavaks treeninguks. \u201cMugav ja kihiline riietus on oluline, eriti kui Eesti kliimas \u00f5ues liigutada. Joostes v\u00f5i erinevaid harjutusi sooritades on oluline hoida oma keha pidevalt soojana, et treening oleks ohutu ning ei tekiks vigastusi,\u201d selgitab Polina ja soovitab <strong>spordir\u00f5ivad ja jalatsid valida eelk\u00f5ige mugavuse j\u00e4rgi<\/strong> ning vastavalt konkreetsele treeningule. Kindlasti tuleks silmas pidada, et \u00fcldtreeninguks ja jooksmiseks on m\u00f5eldud erineva tehnoloogiaga riideesemed ja jalatsid.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-23570\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sportlandmagazine.com\/est\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Jake_Farra_0006_rotermann-1200x799.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"799\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Jake_Farra_0006_rotermann-1200x799.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Jake_Farra_0006_rotermann-600x399.jpg 600w, https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Jake_Farra_0006_rotermann-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Enda jaoks on Polina avastanud adidase spordir\u00f5ivad ja -jalatsid, mida kasutab nii \u00fcld- kui jooksutreeningutel. \u201c<strong>Stiili osas on adidas l\u00e4inud viimasel ajal julgemaks ja mitmek\u00fclgsemaks<\/strong> ning nende toodete hulgast olen leidnud erineva l\u00f5ike ja v\u00e4rvikombinatsiooniga spordiriideid, mis samal ajal on mugavad ning istuvad seljas v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti,\u201d kiidab treener oma sporditoodete lemmikbr\u00e4ndi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Energia tuleb perekonnalt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Polina \u00fctleb, et ta on \u00f5ppinud nautima elus teekulgu, hoolimata m\u00f5ningatest m\u00f5\u00f5nadest. \u201cOma eesm\u00e4rkide saavutamisel <strong>peab olema sihikindel ja j\u00e4rjepidev<\/strong>. Loomulikult naudin oma t\u00f6\u00f6d ja saan ka sellest energiat, et oma alal edasi tegutseda.
