Vahelduse m\u00f5ttes ei ole m\u00f5tet aga lihtsalt diivanile lesima j\u00e4\u00e4da, vaid proovida midagi t\u00e4iesti uut. V\u00f5i hoopis unustatud vana.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5ige lihtsam moodus aktiivseks liikumiseks on jalutamine. T\u00f5mba vaid tossud jalga ja astu uksest v\u00e4lja. See m\u00e4ng on j\u00f5ukohane k\u00f5igile, olenemata vanusest, sportlikust vormist v\u00f5i soost. Discgolf ei n\u00f5ua ei algajalt ega harrastajalt \u00fclem\u00e4\u00e4rast pingutust, kuid pakub ehedat m\u00e4ngur\u00f5\u00f5mu ja oskuste paranedes tekitab sportlikku hasarti. See m\u00e4ng on l\u00f5bus ja annab \u00fchtlasi t\u00f5husa f\u00fc\u00fcsilise koormuse l\u00fchikese ajaga. Sulgpalliga <strong>treenid erinevaid lihasgruppe, suurendad vastupidavust ja parandad koordinatsiooni<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Alustamiseks ei ole vaja teha suurt investeeringut, piisab reketist ja sulgpallidest ning v\u00e4ljaku broneerimisest. Kui soovid alguses juhendamist v\u00f5i leida m\u00e4ngukaaslasi, saad \u00fchineda klubide pakutavate treeningutega.
