See sisaldab rohkem kui sadat treeningprogrammi, mille on v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tanud <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nike.com\/gb\/en_gb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nike<\/a> treenerid ja mis aitavad sul v\u00f5tta maksimumi igap\u00e4evasest trennist ning motiveerivad ja juhendavad igal sammul. Kui k\u00e4id n\u00e4iteks matkamas, palli m\u00e4ngimas v\u00f5i jooksmas, siis saad selle rakenduses kirja panna. Joogatreeningud on jaotatud kolme kategooriasse: <em>endurance<\/em> ehk vastupidavus, <em>strength<\/em> ehk tugevus ja <em>mobility<\/em> ehk liikuvus. Saad valida endale sobiva variandi ja praktiseerida joogat vastavalt enda valitud eesm\u00e4rgile olenemata sellest, kus sa asud \u2013 rakenduse abil v\u00f5id treenida varahommikul kodus v\u00f5i reisil olles hotellitoas. <strong>Joogatreeningute pikkus on 15-45 minutit ning just see kategooria on v\u00e4ga sobilik algajatele.<\/strong> Samuti sobib jooga tasakaalustama teisi, intensiivsemaid treeninguid.<\/p>\n<p>Viiendat korda maailma parimaks jalgpalluriks valitud Cristiano Ronaldo eeskujul treenides ja elustiili muutes v\u00f5id aga kindel olla, et oled teel oma parema mina poole. <strong>Ronaldo on veendunud, et kui ta tahab olla parim, peab ta silmas pidama k\u00f5iki aspekte, mis m\u00f5jutavad sportlikke saavutusi,<\/strong> nii on jalgpallur lisaks treeningutele alati t\u00e4htsaks pidanud tervislikku toitumist ja korralikku puhkust.
