Uurisime l\u00e4hemalt, mida kujutavad endast lumesurf, 3D-lumelauasurf ja j\u00e4\u00e4surf.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eLumesurf ehk <em>snowkiting<\/em> on talispordiala, kus kasutatakse lumelauda, suuski v\u00f5i uiske ja lohet,\u201c \u00fctleb <strong>Kristiin Oja<\/strong> surfikoolist <a href=\"https:\/\/surftown.ee\/koolitused\/lumesurf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SurfTown<\/a>. \u201eLiikuda saab nii j\u00e4rvedel, n\u00e4iteks Harku j\u00e4rvel, p\u00f5ldudel kui ka m\u00e4gedes. Vaja on suuremat t\u00fchermaad, kuna lohe v\u00f5ib muidu puudesse, elektriliinidesse v\u00f5i muudesse takistustesse kinni j\u00e4\u00e4da.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Ala sai alguse 1960. aastatel ning siis kasutati m\u00e4gedes liikuma saamiseks langevarju ja suuski. Seljas v\u00f5iks olla vee- ja tuulekindel m\u00e4eriietus. Lumesurf treenib vastupidavust, j\u00f5udu, keskendumisv\u00f5imet ja tasakaalu. K\u00f5ige rohkem koormust saavad jalad, alaselg ja \u00f5lad,\u201c selgitab Kristiin. \u201e<strong>Lumesurfiga v\u00f5iks tegeleda k\u00f5ik need, kes lumelaua v\u00f5i suuskadega s\u00f5idavad.<\/strong> Kuulen tihti, et m\u00e4el on tuul vastu ja teeb s\u00f5idu ebameeldivaks, aga siis v\u00f5ikski tuult \u00e4ra kasutada ja hoopis lumele surfama minna! Ala sarnaneb lohesurfiga ja sobib selle harrastajatele ideaalselt talviseks hobiks,\u201c kinnitab Kristiin. Ta lisab, et lumesurfi on isegi lihtsam \u00f5ppida: \u201eS\u00f5idu saab selgeks juba kolme tunniga!\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kolmem\u00f5\u00f5tmeline l\u00f5bu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ka 3D-lumelauasurf ehk lumelohetamine tuleneb lohesurfist. \u201eSeda harrastatakse Lapimaa n\u00f5lvadel, sest sealsed m\u00e4ed on lauged ja k\u00f5rged ning seal on palju tuhklund,\u201c r\u00e4\u00e4gib Toomas J\u00fcrjo <a href=\"http:\/\/aloha.ee\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aloha Surfist<\/a>. N\u00fc\u00fcdseks on lumelohetamisest saanud Levi suusakeskuse \u00fcks t\u00f5mbenumbreid ning ka Aloha Surfi t\u00f6\u00f6tajad viibivad detsembrist aprillini seal. Lumelohetamise tippkuud on veebruar ja m\u00e4rts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<strong>Lauged n\u00f5lvad teevad s\u00f5idu justkui kolmem\u00f5\u00f5tmeliseks. M\u00f5nes kohas v\u00f5ivad puud olla kahemeetrise lumekihi all ja sa ei teagi, et nende peal s\u00f5idad,\u201c kirjeldab Toomas. Ta soovitab lumelohetama minna kindlasti kellegagi koos ja uurida enne kohalikelt, kas parasjagu on ohtu, kuna ala ei harrastata populaarsetel suusan\u00f5lvadel, mida pidevalt j\u00e4lgitakse. Ohuks v\u00f5ivad olla laviinid, aga v\u00f5ib ka n\u00e4iteks juhtuda, et teisele poole m\u00e4ge s\u00f5ites pole tuult. \u201eSel juhul lohe ei kanna ja kui laud alt \u00e4ra v\u00f5tta, ei saa sa lihtsalt kodu poole astuma hakata \u2013 all on kaks meetrit lund. Kuna kiirused on suured, ei tohi kelk olla ohtlik ei endale ega teistele,\u201c toonitab Kalev. \u201eAlustada v\u00f5iks Harku j\u00e4rve s\u00f5udebaasis. Seal on olemas nii varustus kui ka juhendajad. J\u00e4\u00e4surfis on kaitsekiiver kohustuslik, abiks on ka p\u00f5lve- ja k\u00fc\u00fcnarnukikaitsmed,\u201c lausub Kalev ja mainib harrastuspaikadena ka V\u00f5rtsj\u00e4rve, Saadj\u00e4rve, Haapsalu ja K\u00e4rdlat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<strong>Juba poole tunniga saab j\u00e4\u00e4surfis iseseisvalt liikuma.<\/strong> J\u00e4\u00e4l on takistus minimaalne, saab liikuda vaiksema tuule ja v\u00e4iksema purjega. L\u00e4ksin \u00f5ppima Harku j\u00e4rvele ning juba samal aastal osalesin Eesti j\u00e4\u00e4surfi meistriv\u00f5istlustel. Tulin naiste arvestuses esimeseks,\u201c r\u00e4\u00e4gib Ingrid ja lisab, et tegemist on justkui purjelaua purjede abil j\u00e4\u00e4 peal liuglemisega, aga purjelaua asemel on uiskudega alus. \u201eKiirused on v\u00e4ga suured. <strong>Kui lund pole sadanud, pole j\u00e4\u00e4 peal tuult v\u00e4ga vajagi, sest juba siis k\u00fc\u00fcndivad kiirused 50 km\/h<\/strong> ning kiiremad mehed s\u00f5idavad kuni 100 km\/h. Samuti on sellega lihtsam alustada kui vee peal p\u00e4ris purjelauaga. Seega annab j\u00e4\u00e4surfiga edukalt suveks harjutada!<\/p>\n<p>Mulle meeldib, et saan seda harrastada v\u00e4ljas, kuhu talvel \u00fcldiselt harvem sporti tegema j\u00f5utakse. <strong>Tegemist on ekstreemspordiga just suurte kiiruste ja teravate uiskude t\u00f5ttu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Samal ajal arendab j\u00e4\u00e4surf julgust, tasakaalu, tuuletunnetust ja reaktsioonikiirust.
