Ja pole ka ime, sest poksiga tegelemine hoiab vormis nii keha kui ka vaimu ja mees mehe vastu v\u00f5itlus on vaataja jaoks \u00e4\u00e4retult p\u00f5nev.<\/p>\n<p>Poksija ja treener <strong>Rain Karlson<\/strong> on poksiga tegelenud 12 aastat, viimased kaks profipoksijana. Raini alaks on klassikaline poks ja ta on v\u00f5istelnud v\u00e4ga palju nii Eestis kui ka v\u00e4lismaal. \u201eAmat\u00f6\u00f6rmat\u0161e olen teinud umbes 150. Minu parimad tulemused on 2012. aasta kuni 91 kg \u00fcli\u00f5pilaste <strong>MM-i kuld<\/strong>, samuti <strong>s\u00f5jav\u00e4elaste EM-i h\u00f5be<\/strong> ning U-23 EM,\u201d \u00fctleb mees, kes tuli alates 2010. aastast viis korda j\u00e4rjest Eesti t\u00e4iskasvanute meistriks ning alustas 2016. aastal profipoksija karj\u00e4\u00e4ri. \u201eOlen seadnud enda eesm\u00e4rgiks v\u00f5istelda profipoksis nii palju kui v\u00f5imalik, et t\u00f5sta oma reitingut maailma edetabelis. Kui reiting on juba piisavalt k\u00f5rge, siis tahan v\u00f5ita Euroopa meistriv\u00f5istluste tiitli. Poks on nii f\u00fc\u00fcsiline kui ka vaimne treening. Peale poksimise k\u00e4ib ta jooksmas, j\u00f5usaalis, sulgpalli m\u00e4ngimas ja ujumas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arendab poksikultuuri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rain tegutseb ise treenerina, sest nii saab ta edasi anda teadmisi ja \u00f5petuss\u00f5nu, mida on aastate jooksul saanud treeneritelt ja enda kogemustest. Ta annab nii era- kui ka r\u00fchmatrenne ja \u00f5pilasi on tal 30\u201340. \u201e<strong>Tahaksin arendada poksikultuuri Eestis<\/strong> ja minu \u00f5nneks tunneb aina rohkem inimesi poksi vastu huvi. Kusjuures nende seas on ka v\u00e4ga palju naisterahvaid,\u201d r\u00f5\u00f5mustab Rain. \u201eTreenerit\u00f6\u00f6s meeldib mulle n\u00e4ha, kuidas inimesed arenevad ning tunnevad spordiala vastu aina rohkem ise huvi. Nende riided istuvad h\u00e4sti seljas ning jalan\u00f5ud on v\u00e4ga mugavad. Sportida on ideaalne, kui selleks on valitud \u00f5iged vahendid. Nagu \u00f6eldakse: ei ole halba ilma, on vale riietus. See t\u00e4hendab, et\u00a0riided tuleb valida treeningolude j\u00e4rgi. Nike puhul pole vahet, kas tegemist on\u00a0jooksutrenniga vihmas ja tugevas tuules v\u00f5i poksitrenniga soojas treeningsaalis \u2013 isegi rasketel treeningutel ei ole Nike riideid kandes higist tunnet, riided ei lotenda ega veni. Nike on alati olnud uuenduslik ning r\u00f5hub loovusele,,\u201d \u00fctleb Rain, kes on Nike motost (Just do it!) ka ise eeskuju v\u00f5tnud. \u201eProfipoksijana olen ma auahne ja tahan olla k\u00f5ige parem.
