Praegu \u00f5petab noor naine teismeeas t\u00fcdrukutele show-tantsu ning juhendab Sparta spordiklubis t\u00e4iskasvanute r\u00fchmatreeninguid.<\/p>\n<p>Berit on proovinud mitut ala. \u201eOlin alles pisike t\u00fcdruk, kui isa mind korvpallitrenni kaasa v\u00f5ttis. Muidugi ei m\u00e4nginud mina tema tiimiga, vaid jooksin pigem v\u00e4ljakuringe. Pallim\u00e4ngudest olen k\u00e4tt proovinud tennises, rahvaste- ja v\u00f5rkpallis. Meeltm\u00f6\u00f6da on alati olnud ka jooksu- ja v\u00f5istkonnaalad. Suusatamisega pole v\u00e4ga head lood, kuigi olen isegi suusav\u00f5istlustel oma klassi esindanud. Kooli ajal oli minu jaoks k\u00f5ige ebamugavam akrobaatikaveerand, kus pidi \u00fcle kitse h\u00fcppama. Kui Sparta Spordiklubi r\u00fchmatreeningute peatreener Janika Koch-M\u00e4e talle treeneriametit pakkus, haaras s\u00fcdikas neiu v\u00f5imalusest kinni. Beriti asutatud FC Levadia tantsut\u00fcdrukute trupis l\u00f6\u00f6b kaasa keskmiselt 15\u201320 noort, koos k\u00e4iakse nii esinemas kui ka v\u00f5istlustel. \u201ePaljud ei saa tegelikult aru, milline on \u00fche treeneri ja tema tiimi pingutus ning kui suur on t\u00f6\u00f6, mis kulub \u00fche tantsu selgeks \u00f5ppimisele ja lihvimisele. Kava puhastamine v\u00f5ib olla noorte jaoks v\u00e4ga igav, lisaks peab paratamatult mahutama trenni veel venitused, spagaadid ja lihast\u00f6\u00f6. Spordisaalist v\u00e4ljaspool tegelen organisatoorse t\u00f6\u00f6, kavade loomise ning muu trupi toimimiseks vajalikuga,\u201d r\u00e4\u00e4gib ta oma tegemistest.<\/p>\n<p>Noored t\u00fcdrukud p\u00fchendavad tantsule keskmiselt neli-viis aastat. \u201eTantsimisega l\u00f5petamine on tihti tingitud n\u00e4iteks koolivahetusest v\u00f5i uutest valikutest haridusteel.\u201d Tantsutrenn annab Beriti s\u00f5nul noorele palju enesekindlust. \u201eSoovitan k\u00f5ikidel lapsevanematel panna oma v\u00f5sukesed tegelema m\u00f5ne v\u00f5istkondliku alaga. Arvan, et v\u00f5ti peitub \u00f5ige trenni v\u00f5i ala leidmises, sest k\u00f5igile ei saagi sobida n\u00e4iteks j\u00f5usaalitrenn. Selle asemel v\u00f5iks lihtsalt j\u00e4rjest igasuguseid asju proovida ja kasv\u00f5i metsas kiirk\u00f5ndi teha. K\u00fcll tuleb ka \u00e4ratundmine. Iga trenn loeb! Iga samm loeb!
