Usun, et <strong>maailma parim motivatsioon on inimesed sinu \u00fcmber<\/strong>. Meie olime enamasti suure lava ees, sest muusika ja treenerid olid k\u00f5ik niiv\u00f5rd vinged, et raske oli sealt eemale minna!\u201d meenutab ta.\u00a0\u201cSoovitan igal juhul Nike Training Day\u2019st osa v\u00f5tta ja ka s\u00f5brad kaasa v\u00f5tta, sest koos on alati l\u00f5busam. Ka <strong>treenerite esindus on vinge<\/strong>, sest kohale tuleb koguni neli v\u00e4listreenerit (nendest kaks Nike Master treenerid!) ja muidugi k\u00f5ik kohalikud suurep\u00e4rased tegijad, n\u00e4iteks Sandra Raju, Eva Ottas, Gea Simson, Kristi Roosim\u00e4gi, Rainer Rebane jt. Trennivalikus on nii tantsu, steppi, poksi, lihastreeningut kui joogat ja k\u00f5ike, mis sinna vahele j\u00e4\u00e4b. Zumbast, Nike Training Club-ist ja MyFitnessi kontsepttreeningutest r\u00e4\u00e4kimata. \u201c<strong>Main Arena<\/strong> on \u00fcrituse suurima mahutavusega trenniala, kus astuvad \u00fcles ka meie parimad treenerid. Kogu p\u00e4ev kestab kuus tundi ja treeningutes saab osaleda nelja tunni v\u00e4ltel ning kuigi treeningud on l\u00fchikesed ja vahepeal on pausid, siis kindlasti tuleb tunnetada oma piire ja leida kavast just need treeningud, mis k\u00f5ige rohkem huvi pakuvad,\u201d soovitab Kristi ja lisab veel, et <strong>kaasa tuleb v\u00f5tta hea tuju<\/strong> ja varuda veidi kannatust. \u201cKuna tegemist on massi\u00fcritusega, siis v\u00f5ib ette tulla j\u00e4rjekordi ja ootamist, aga anname omalt poolt k\u00f5ik, et seda oleks v\u00f5imalikult v\u00e4he.
