Hea juhendaja tunned \u00e4ra selle j\u00e4rgi, kui n\u00e4iteks annad talle m\u00f5ne harjutuse ajal teada, et ei saa sellega hakkama ning j\u00e4lgid tagasisidet. Kui treener suudab infole kiirelt reageerida, korrigeerida asendit, raskusastet v\u00f5i anda asendusharjutuse, siis saad temaga end kindlasti ka tulevikus turvaliselt tunda.
