G\u00fcmnaasiumis hakkas ta k\u00e4ima aeroobikas ja see meeldis talle nii v\u00e4ga, et ta otsustas saada aeroobikatreeneriks. \u201eK\u00e4isin EEVL-i koolitusel ja hakkasin spordiklubides r\u00fchmatreeninguid andma. Vaikselt\u00a0hakkasin tegelema ka jooksmisega ja k\u00e4ima j\u00f5usaalis. 2014. aastal sain EOK kulturismi- ja fitnessitreeneri diplomi ja peale seda hakkasin andma personaaltreeninguid,\u201d r\u00e4\u00e4gib Olga oma sportlikust teekonnast. Otsustasin kohe, et tahan sellega tegeleda,\u201d r\u00e4\u00e4gib Olga. Ka sellel alal ei tahtnud ta piirduda \u00fcksnes harrastamisega, vaid v\u00f5ttis k\u00e4tte ja \u00f5ppis Rootsis CrossFiti-treeneriks.\u00a0\u201eTeadsin, et CrossFiti-treenereid on v\u00e4ga v\u00e4he. Tahtsin ala populaarsemaks muuta ja rohkem inimesi selle juurde tuua,\u201d jutustab Olga.<\/p>\n<p>Naine on CrossFitist vaimustuses, sest see on v\u00e4ga mitmek\u00fclgne treening, kus saab end iga kord proovile panna. \u201eMulle meeldivad v\u00e4ljakutsed ja enese\u00fcletamine. Samuti soovib ta treenida professionaalseid atleete ja CrossFiti Eestis populariseerida.<\/p>\n<p>Olga \u00fctleb, et CrossFit sobib k\u00f5ikidele, kes ennast v\u00e4hegi treenida tahavad, sest see h\u00f5lmab harjutusi v\u00e4ga paljudelt aladelt. \u201eCrossFit valmistab eluks ette. Eesm\u00e4rk on k\u00f5ike osata ja areneda nii, et saaksid hakkama j\u00e4rjest keerulisemate elementidega. V\u00f5imlemine, kardiovaskulaarne treening, ts\u00fcklilised alad nagu jooks ja s\u00f5udmine, rattas\u00f5it ja suusatamine. Lisaks harjutused vabade raskustega ehk t\u00f5stmine, treening sangpommide ja topispallidega,\u201d loetleb ta alasid, mida CrossFit sisaldab. CrossFitiga tegelemine aitab vabaneda ka ps\u00fchholoogilistest pingetest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aega pole m\u00f5tet raisata<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Loomulikult n\u00f5uab CrossFit suurt pingutust, sest trennis v\u00f5isteldakse pidevalt iseenda varasemate tulemustega \u2013 ja kes ei tahaks olla endast parem. Kui aga pead trennis pidevalt end \u00fcletama, siis ei tohi olla \u00fchtegi segavat tegurit. Hea tulemuse saavutamises m\u00e4ngib rolli ka korralik treeningvarustus. Olga kasutab Under Armouri tooteid, sest nende kvaliteet teeb trenni veel t\u00f5husamaks.
