{"id":27648,"date":"2019-04-10T06:52:41","date_gmt":"2019-04-10T06:52:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sportlandmagazine.com\/est\/?p=27648"},"modified":"2020-12-29T11:25:22","modified_gmt":"2020-12-29T11:25:22","slug":"maratonidele-elamusi-otsima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/maratonidele-elamusi-otsima\/","title":{"rendered":"Maratonidele elamusi otsima!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Elamusmaratonid kutsuvad saabuval suvel nautima Eestimaa kaunist loodust avastamist v\u00e4\u00e4rt paikadesse: Alutagusele, Noarootsi, Lahemaale, V\u00e4rskasse, K\u00f5rvemaale ja esimest korda ka Naissaarele.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/elamusretked.ee\/elamusmaratonid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Elamusmaratonid<\/a> on v\u00f5istlused, kus jooksmine on asendatud k\u00e4imise v\u00f5i kepik\u00f5nniga. Pika ajalooga sarjas saab valida kolme j\u00f5ukohase distantsi vahel: 10, 21 ja 42 kilomeetrit. Osalema on oodatud k\u00f5ik, kellele k\u00e4imine, loodus ja uute kohtade avastamine naudingut pakuvad.<\/p>\n<p>Selleks, et villid, m\u00e4rjad jalad v\u00f5i libe tald elamust ei rikuks, tuleb maratonile minna sobivate jalan\u00f5udega. Seep\u00e4rast v\u00f5iks matkajalatsitel olla korralik tallamuster.
