Anastassia Psenitsnaja on \u00fcks neist, kes ala enda jaoks on avastanud ja sellest vaimustunud. Hiljuti v\u00f5itis ta meie regiooni suurima CrossFiti j\u00f5uproovi <a href=\"http:\/\/battleofriga.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Battle of Riga<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anastassia, kui kaua oled CrossFitiga tegelenud ja miks valisid just selle ala?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Olen tegelenud CrossFitiga k\u00f5igest \u00fche aasta, aga sporti olen teinud alates 8. eluaastast. K\u00f5igepealt 14 aastat aerutamist, siis aasta bikiinifitnessi ja n\u00fc\u00fcd siis CrossFit.<br \/>\nArmusin sellesse, kuna see spordiala esitab mulle v\u00e4ljakutse iga p\u00e4ev. Et olla hea crossfitter, pead olema tugev igal alal \u2013 ujumises, jooksmises, t\u00f5stmises, akrobaatikas jne. K\u00e4in trennis <a href=\"http:\/\/tallinncrossfit.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tallinn CrossFitis<\/a> ja treeningplaanid teevad mulle treenerid Priit Meier ja Rasmus Zarubin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mis sulle CrossFiti juures k\u00f5ige rohkem meeldib?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mulle meeldibki k\u00f5ige enam see, et CrossFitis pead sa igal alal v\u00e4ga hea olema, et maailmas parimate sekka j\u00f5uda. V\u00f5itsin v\u00f5istluse \u201cFittest in Ida-Virumaa\u201d. Kuna korraldajaks oli mu koduklubi <a href=\"http:\/\/baza.ee\/et\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Narva Baza<\/a>, siis loomulikult otsustasin v\u00f5istlusel kaasa l\u00fc\u00fca.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-27748 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sportlandmagazine.com\/est\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/FB_IMG_1523477833492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"337\" height=\"449\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/FB_IMG_1523477833492.jpg 720w, https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/FB_IMG_1523477833492-450x600.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 337px) 100vw, 337px\" \/>V\u00f5itsid hiljuti spordi kategoorias meie regiooni suurima crossfitterite v\u00f5istluse Battle of Riga. Mis sellest k\u00f5ige rohkem meelde j\u00e4i?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eredalt j\u00e4i meelde seik, et pole vahet, millisest riigist sportlased tulid, olid nad omavahel konkurendid v\u00f5i mitte &#8211; k\u00f5ik toetasid \u00fcksteist lahinguv\u00e4ljal nagu vanad s\u00f5brad. Crossfitterid nimetavad seda <em>crossfit community<\/em>\u2019ks \u2013 \u00fchtne ja tugev! Mulle meeldib olla v\u00f5itja, olen spordis liider. Kui tegelesin veel aerutamisega, siis olin Eestist ainuke, kes saavutas maailmameistriv\u00f5itlustel 10. koha. Olen ka 38-kordne Eesti meister naiste seas, kuulusin seitse aastat Eesti koondisesse ning olin oma kodulinnas viis aastat j\u00e4rjest parim sportlane. Igal CrossFiti v\u00f5istlusel leian endas aga v\u00e4hemalt \u00fche n\u00f5rkuse ning iga selline leid annab mulle <em>power<\/em>\u2019it juurde, et need n\u00f5rkused oma tugevusteks lihvida. Tahan olla homme tugevam, kui olin eile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milliseid eesm\u00e4rke soovid CrossFitis saavutada?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hetkel valmistun suvehooajaks, et v\u00f5tta osa v\u00e4ljakutsuvast FitGamesi seeriav\u00f5istlustest Eestis.\u00a0 FitGamesil saab iga\u00fcks ennast proovile panna. Paralleelselt otsin v\u00f5istlusi v\u00e4lismaal ning praegu on v\u00e4ike plaan s\u00f5ita v\u00f5istlustele Leetu.<br \/>\nPikemas perspektiivis valmistun j\u00e4rgmiseks hooajaks. Jaanuaris algab CrossFit Open 2019, kus tahan taas proovida j\u00f5udu ja \u00f5nne maailma parimatega. Eesm\u00e4rk on tagada p\u00e4\u00e4s <a href=\"https:\/\/games.crossfit.com\/regionals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The 2018\u00a0Reebok CrossFit Games Europe\u00a0Regionals<\/a>\u2019ile, kuhu p\u00e4\u00e4seb ainult 20 parimat sportlast Euroopast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hakkad tegema koost\u00f6\u00f6d <a href=\"https:\/\/sportland.ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sportlandi<\/a> ja <a href=\"https:\/\/www.underarmour.com\/en-ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Under Armouri<\/a> br\u00e4ndiga. Miks just Under Armour?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under Armouril on v\u00e4ga hea kvaliteet. Kuna ma olen h\u00e4sti elava loomuga, siis k\u00f5ik aktiivsed tegevused teevad mind r\u00f5\u00f5msaks.
