Miks ja kuidas avaveekogude v\u00f5lusid ujumiseks \u00e4ra kasutada, r\u00e4\u00e4gib triatleet Margus P\u00fcvi.<\/p>\n<p>Avaveeujumise harrastamiseks sobivad nii mered, j\u00e4rved kui j\u00f5ed. Kuna Eesti geograafilised tingimused pakuvad veekogusid igale maitsele, on P\u00fcvi s\u00f5nul meie riik suurep\u00e4rane koht, kus selle spordialaga tegeleda. Kuna sirgelt poi suunas ujumine on algajatele eraldi v\u00e4ljakutseks, v\u00f5iksid P\u00fcvi soovitusel esimesed treeningud toimuda j\u00e4relevalvega, mida pakuks kas treener v\u00f5i vajadusel isegi kalda peal ootav s\u00f5ber v\u00f5i pereliige. \u201eKui minna esimesele treeningule, siis oluline on see, et sa harjuksid avaveega. Distants alguses ei olegi nii oluline,\u201c r\u00e4\u00e4gib kogenud triatleet, kelle s\u00f5nul v\u00f5ib algajale harjumatu olla nii s\u00fcgav p\u00f5hi kui ka veekogus olevad vetikad ja kalad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28698\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sportlandmagazine.com\/est\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/DSC_3351-Wetsuits-Start-Out-of-Water.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"666\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/DSC_3351-Wetsuits-Start-Out-of-Water.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/DSC_3351-Wetsuits-Start-Out-of-Water-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/DSC_3351-Wetsuits-Start-Out-of-Water-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ujujat aitab varustus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avaveeujumine P\u00fcvi s\u00f5nul palju varustust ei n\u00f5ua. \u201eKui veetemperatuur on soe, siis piisab ainult ujumisp\u00fckstest\/trikoost, ujumisprillidest ja ujumism\u00fctsist,\u201c \u00fctleb mees ning lisab, et alla 23 kraadises vees on ujujale suureks abiks kalipso, millega t\u00e4nu selle sooja hoidvale funktsioonile on v\u00f5imalik ujuda kuni 14 kraadises vees. \u201eKui on soov minna veel madalama temperatuuriga vette, siis peaks kasutama juba kalipsosokke, kalipsom\u00fctsi ja kalipsokindaid,\u201c \u00fctleb P\u00fcvi, kelle s\u00f5nul aitab kalipso lisaks sooja hoidmisele ka paremini ujuda, sest see t\u00f5stab puusad rohkem veest v\u00e4lja ning paneb kiiremini liikuma ka k\u00e4ed. \u201eAga seda k\u00f5ike peab proovima,\u201c t\u00f5deb mees ja soovitab esimesed kalipsoproovid teha koos treeneriga, sest kalipso paneb ujujat vees m\u00f5nev\u00f5rra teistmoodi tundma.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28699\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sportlandmagazine.com\/est\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/DSC_3428-Wetsuits-Start-In-Water.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"666\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/DSC_3428-Wetsuits-Start-In-Water.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/DSC_3428-Wetsuits-Start-In-Water-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/DSC_3428-Wetsuits-Start-In-Water-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sama t\u00e4htsad on spordiala varustuses ka ujumism\u00fcts- ja prillid, millest esimese soovitab P\u00fcvi ujujatel valida just erksates toonides, et ennast vees teistele n\u00e4htavaks teha.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avaveeujumine on emotsionaalselt positiivne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avaveeujumise harrastamine on ideaalne tervisliku eluviisi saavutamiseks ning spordiala on P\u00fcvi s\u00f5nul ka \u00fcks lihtsamaid viise, kuidas kiiresti koormus k\u00e4tte saada. \u201e20 minutit ujumist on v\u00f5rreldav umbes 40 minutilise jooksuga v\u00f5i pooleteise-kahetunnise rattatreeninguga,\u201c kirjeldab P\u00fcvi spordiala kasutegurit. Triatleedi s\u00f5nul tasub avaveekogusid siseujulate asemel just seep\u00e4rast eelistada, et enamus basseine on \u00fclerahvastatud ning suvel suletud, kuid mis veelgi t\u00e4htsam, avaveekogudes ujumine v\u00f5ib olla v\u00e4ga nauditav ning lausa silmi avav.
