Koormust saab vajadusel reguleerida tempo ja s\u00f5iduasendiga. Mida sportlikuma asendiga s\u00f5idad, seda suurem on koormus seljale ja reitele. Rulluiskude omanikuna v\u00f5iksid teada, millist t\u00fc\u00fcpi on uiskude laagrid, sellest s\u00f5ltub ka hoolduse tihedus. Laagrid on \u00fcldiselt toodetud ABEC v\u00f5i ILQ standardi alusel ning selle standardi j\u00e4rel on antud ka number 3, 5, 7 v\u00f5i 9. Mida suurem on number, seda paremini vastav laager veereb ning mida v\u00e4iksem on number, seda vastupidavam on laager. \u201eKui on 3 v\u00f5i 5 t\u00e4hisega laagrid ja uisutad m\u00f5ni kord n\u00e4dalas, siis tasuks uiske hooldada 1-2 korda hooaja jooksul.
