Meie teame, mis on lahendus \u2013 NTC v\u00e4litreeningud.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcks pikk suvekuu on suures osas ees ning mis oleks m\u00f5nusam, kui heas seltskonnas \u200baktiivselt trenni teha ja suvest viimast v\u00f5tta. NTC v\u00e4litreeningud pakuvad selleks suurep\u00e4rase v\u00f5imaluse neljap\u00e4eva \u00f5htuti, kui Nike treenerite juhendamisel saab liikumist nautida. Meie eesm\u00e4rk on panna Eestimaa LIIKUMA &#8211; see on ka \u00fcks p\u00f5hjuseid, miks treeningud on tasuta. Soovime elimineerida p\u00f5hjuseid, miks EI SAA ning anda juurde p\u00f5hjuseid, miks SAAB trenni teha,\u201c tutvustab Nike Master Trainer Sandra Raju, kes on samuti \u00fcks NTC v\u00e4litreeningute juhendaja. Ta kinnitab, et hakkama saavad k\u00f5ik, kes v\u00e4hegi soovivad. \u201eMeil on alati kohal v\u00e4ga erineva tasemega treenijaid, kes k\u00f5ik \u00fcksteise pingutusi toetavad. Kavas on ka eritrenne, mille fookus on v\u00f5rkpallil, jalgpallil v\u00f5i korvpallil. \u201eTallinnas Hirvepargis oleme siiani teinud pigem endurance ehk vastupidavustreeninguid (jooksud, trepid, h\u00fcpped, harjutused oma keharaskusega jne), Rakveres oleme teinud ka strength ehk j\u00f5utreeningu suunitlusega ringtreeninguid. Tartus toimunud jalgpalli eritreeningus peeti tunni l\u00f5puks aga demom\u00e4ng, mis alguses tundus treenijatele, kui midagi \u00fcletamatult rasket, kuid hiljem olid just algselt k\u00f5ige skeptilisemad need, kes kiitsid: \u201eSuper \u00e4ge trenn oli!\u201c.\u00a0\u00dcldiselt p\u00fc\u00fcame varieerida, et saaksime tutvustada oma sportlastele* erinevaid treeninguid ja julgustada proovima stiile, mida nad vabatahtlikult ei prooviks,\u201c r\u00e4\u00e4gib Sandra treeningute olemusest ja lisab, et mitmek\u00fclgne treening on oluline, eriti siis, kui sa pole tippsportlane, vaid treenid igap\u00e4evaseks eluks.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-30524\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sportlandmagazine.com\/est\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/DSC_6434-1200x800.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/DSC_6434-1200x800.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/DSC_6434-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/sportland.ee\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/DSC_6434-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tehnika enne tempot<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u200bOlenevalt linnast on treeninggruppide suurused varieeruvad. \u201eTallinnas on olnud igal treeningul ligikaudu 100 sportlast, Tartus 50 ringis ja Rakveres 40 kanti. \u200bVastavalt osalejate hulgale on kohal treenerite armee, kes kogu protsessi haldab ja kontrollib, et treeningu jooksul keegi endale liiga ei teeks ega valedele harjutustele ei keskenduks,\u201c julgustab treener kohale tulema. Samal treeningul oli k\u00fclalistreeneriks Eesti koondises m\u00e4nginud kogenud jalgpallur Sander Post,\u201c toob Sandra v\u00e4lja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mida kaasa v\u00f5tta?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sandra soovitab trenniriided valida vastavalt ilmale &#8211; kui on palav, siis heledam ja l\u00fchem riietus. Jalga v\u00f5iks panna pigem jooksujalatsid, sest trenni v\u00e4ltel liigutakse palju ringi ka murul. \u201eKui treening toimub k\u00f5vemal pinnasel, n\u00e4iteks Balti Jaama terrassil v\u00f5i
