Le Coq\u2019i Spordihoones <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myfitness.ee\/?post_type=event&amp;p=58614\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyFitness Weekend<\/a>. See v\u00f5imas trennipidu toob kokku palju inspireerivaid inimesi. \u00dcks nendest on MyFitness Weekendi ambassador Isabella-Gabriela Heido.<\/p>\n<p>Sport on Isabellaga juba lapsep\u00f5lvest alates kaasas k\u00e4inud. Tema esimeseks trenniks oli v\u00f5istlustants, edasi tuli tennis, aga oma suure <strong>armastuse leidis neiu <em>cheerleading<\/em>\u2019us<\/strong>. \u201eP\u00f5hikoolis k\u00e4isin tihti Tartus Rocki m\u00e4nge vaatamas. Korvpallist ma siis palju ei jaganud, aga tantsijatest olin t\u00e4iesti lummatud. Sellest ajast sai <em>cheerleading<\/em>\u2019ust neiu p\u00f5hihobi ja trenn. \u201eSelles on tantsimine \u00fchendatud v\u00f5imlemisega \u2013 <em>perfect match<\/em>,\u201c leiab Isabella.<br \/>\n\u201eTantsut\u00fcdrukuks olemine oli \u00fcks <strong>vingemaid aegu mu elus.<\/strong> Tegelesin sellega s\u00f5na otseses m\u00f5ttes \u00fclikooli l\u00f5puni &#8211; l\u00f5pueksamilt s\u00f5itsin otse Tallinnasse viimasele esinemisele. N\u00fc\u00fcd \u00e4kki pidin ise \u201eheast peast suvalisse\u201c trenni minema,\u201c muigab Isabella. See on suurep\u00e4rane v\u00f5imalus \u00fche p\u00e4eva jooksul proovida ja n\u00e4ha treeninguid, kuhu veel seni minna ei ole j\u00f5udnud. MyFitness Weekendil on kohal kordades suurem rahvamass kui igap\u00e4evaselt trennisaalis ja see <strong>motiveerib omakorda pingutama<\/strong> ja annab julgust proovida <strong>uusi asju<\/strong>. Praegu \u00f5pib ja t\u00f6\u00f6tab ta kolmandat aastat plastika- ja rekonstruktiivkirurgia residentuuris.<\/p>\n<p>Valitud elukutse juures k\u00f6idab teda mitmek\u00fclgsus. \u201eIga p\u00e4ev, iga patsient ja iga operatsioon on erinev ja v\u00e4ljakutsuv. Igavust sellel alal juba ei tunne. Iga juhtum ajendab teadmisi juurde hankima, paremaid lahendusi leidma ja tekitab m\u00f5nusa \u201e<em>I need to be better<\/em>\u201c tunde. Iga uus p\u00e4ev motiveerib saama paremaks,\u201c r\u00e4\u00e4gib Isabella. Neiu lisab, et pool tema suguv\u00f5sast on arstid, kuid seda ametit pole talle kunagi peale surutud. Ta j\u00f5udis selleni ise. \u201eMa ei m\u00e4leta, et oleksin unistanud arstiks saamisest, k\u00fcll aga tundus see k\u00f5ige loogilisem valik. Mulle meeldis k\u00fcll keskkoolis v\u00e4ga matemaatika ja numbritega seonduv, aga teadsin, et ei suuda kogu p\u00e4eva arvuti taga v\u00f5i lihtsalt istudes t\u00f6\u00f6tada. Mind huvitas inimene kui tervik ja tahtsin t\u00e4psemalt teada, kuidas meie sees miski p\u00e4riselt toimub,\u201c avaldab ta elukutse valiku tagamaad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aega on, kui seda efektiivselt kasutada<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kes palju teeb, see palju j\u00f5uab, aga k\u00f5ikide tegemiste \u00fchendamine ei pruugi olla alati lihtne. Isabella meelest on siinkohal oluline planeerimine. \u201eV\u00f5ib ju proovida elada p\u00e4ev korraga ja olla <strong>non-stop<\/strong> v\u00e4ga spontaanne, kuid tegelikult on vaja <strong>natuke aega ette planeerida<\/strong>,\u201c arvab neiu. \u201eIdeaalis k\u00e4in ma trennis hommikuti, enne t\u00f6\u00f6d. Sel juhul tean, et mul on \u00f5htul aega k\u00f5ige muuga tegeleda, olgu selleks kokkamine, koristamine v\u00f5i lugemine. Nimetab enda \u00fcheks hobiks <strong>kokkamist, s\u00f6\u00f6mist<\/strong> ja k\u00f5ike s\u00f6\u00f6giga seonduvat. Samuti f\u00e4nnab ta <strong>teemapidusid<\/strong> ja <strong>reisimist<\/strong>. \u201ePuhkuse ajal p\u00fc\u00fcan alati kuskile reisida. Reisimine on t\u00f5esti \u00fcks asjadest, millele raha \u201ekulutades\u201c on v\u00f5imalik oluliselt rikkamaks saada ja seda just silmaringi avardumise ja uute kogemuste arvelt,\u201c leiab Isabella.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eElus on vaja leida tasakaal nende asjade vahel, mis teevad \u00f5nnelikuks. V\u00e4ga oluline on<strong> panna paika prioriteedid<\/strong>, mille sa teistest toimingutest alati esiplaanile sead, muidu jookseb k\u00f5ik \u00fchel hetkel errorisse.
