Kui sind ootab sel hooajal ees esimene triatlon v\u00f5i vajad lihtsalt asjatundlikke n\u00f5uandeid, siis v\u00f5ta osa IRONMAN Estonia seminaride sarjast.<\/p>\n<p>IRONMAN Estonia seminaride sari on m\u00f5eldud k\u00f5igile, kes on huvitatud triatlonist. Sari koosneb viiest eri s\u00fcndmusest. Seminaride k\u00e4igus k\u00e4iakse l\u00e4bi triatloni p\u00f5hit\u00f5ed ja kogemusi jagavad oma eriala spetsialistid <a href=\"http:\/\/trismile.ee\/et\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trismile<\/a> spordiklubist ja <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitlap.ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fitlap<\/a> toitumisn\u00f5ustajad. Kaasatud on ka varustuse partner <a href=\"https:\/\/sportland.ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sportland<\/a>, spordipaikade partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myfitness.ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyFitness<\/a> ning toidupartner Enervit.<\/p>\n<p>Seminari eesm\u00e4rk on luua k\u00f5igile huvilistele v\u00f5imalus teha triatloniga l\u00e4hemat tutvust ning kes soovivad saada teoreetilist ja praktilist n\u00f5u triatloni l\u00e4bimise kohta. Seminarid on osalejatele tasuta, v.a akadeemia raames korraldatav minilaager K\u00e4\u00e4rikul. K\u00f5ikidele seminaridele on vajalik eelregistreerimine veebilehel <a href=\"http:\/\/trismile.ee\/et\/seminar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/trismile.ee\/et\/seminar\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Igal seminaril k\u00e4sitletakse \u00fchte konkreetset teemat ning enamikel seminaridest on v\u00f5imalik teooria k\u00f5rval saada ka praktilisi n\u00f5uandeid. Esimene seminar toimub kolmap\u00e4eval, 30. jaanuaril algusega 18.00 ning avateemadeks on treeningkava koostamine, varustuse valimine, toitumine ja toidulisandid. Seminar toimub Tallinna \u00dclikooli Mare majas, Tallinna saalis M218.<\/p>\n<p>Seminarid toimuvad kuni kevadeni kord kuus. Veebruaris on teemaks ujumine ja ujumisvarustus, sh praktilised harjutused basseinis. M\u00e4rtsis k\u00e4sitletakse jooksu ja jooksuvarustust. Aprillis v\u00f5etakse ette rattateemad. Maikuus toimub tasuline laager K\u00e4\u00e4riku spordikeskuses.
