Olen vahelduva eduga sportlik \u2013 tantsisin 12 aastat peaaegu iga p\u00e4ev ja paar aastat m\u00e4ngisin ka v\u00f6rkpalli, aga n\u00fc\u00fcd olen laisem. Sellep\u00e4rast ma proovingi praegu igasuguseid challenge\u2019id vastu v\u00f6tta, ennast rohkem liikuma push\u2019ida ja seel\u00e4bi loodetavasti ka teisi.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Kuigi v\u00e4ljakutse oli Kristeli s\u00f5nul pigem meeldiv ja m\u00f5nus, tunnistab ta, et hommikuti treenimine oli tema jaoks raske, sest ta pole eriline hommikuinimene. \u201eAga ma ei viilinud, sest tahtsin k\u00f5ike korralikult kaasa teha. Otsustasin, et silmad lahti ja kohe trenni \u2013 toimis!\u201c r\u00f5\u00f5mustab ta. \u201eKa jooga oli m\u00f6nus, m\u00f5judes h\u00e4sti nii f\u00fc\u00fcsiliselt kui ka vaimselt. Aga veidi saime vormi paremaks ikka!\u201c muljetab Kristel. \u201eKindlasti on mul vaja edaspidi rohkem trenni teha, et suuremaid muutusi tunda oleks. Ja hea trenn ei jookse kunagi m\u00f6\u00f6da k\u00fclge maha.
