Tema suvi on aga sisustatud v\u00f5istluste ja treeningutega. Kui selle k\u00f5rvalt aega \u00fcle j\u00e4\u00e4b, meeldib talle rannas olla, rabas ja vanalinnas jalutada ning s\u00f5pradega t\u0161illida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuidas esimene kooliaasta USA-s l\u00e4ks?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d5pingutega Washington State University\u2019s alustasin selle aasta veebruarist. Esimene semester m\u00f6\u00f6dus \u00fcsnagi edukalt. N\u00e4iteks esmasp\u00e4eviti oli mul ainult kaks tundi. Peale loenguid k\u00e4isin spetsiaalselt sportlastele m\u00f5eldud s\u00f6\u00f6klas l\u00f5unal ning siis l\u00e4ksin trenni. Esimest korda elus v\u00f5istlesin \u00f5ues juba nii varajasel ajal. Harjumatu oli ka see, et v\u00f5istluspaiga \u00fcmber laiusid veel suured lumehanged.<\/p>\n<p>Eestis osalesin 29. mail Tallinna koolinoorte meistriv\u00f5istlustel, kus sain v\u00e4ljaspool arvestust kaasa teha 100m t\u00f5kkejooksus.\u00a0Avastardi aeg oli 13.78 ning sellega t\u00e4itsin U23 EM-i normi.\u00a0Suuremad v\u00f5istlused on mul sel suvel Euroopa m\u00e4ngud jaanip\u00e4eva paiku ning peale seda juulis U23 EM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Millised on sinu spordiga seotud suveplaanid?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suvel treenin Tallinnas ning treeningud kulgevad alati v\u00f5istlusgraafiku j\u00e4rgi. Vahel juhtub, et teen n\u00e4dalas viis trenni, teinekord ainult kolm. Suvi on kergej\u00f5ustikus p\u00f5hiaeg ning treeningmahud on alati poole v\u00e4iksemad, et kergustunne ja teravus p\u00fcsiksid kauem.<\/p>\n<p>Peamised alad, mida l\u00e4bi suve teen on kaugush\u00fcpe ja 100m t\u00f5kkejooks. L\u00f5bu p\u00e4rast jooksen paar korda 200m ning kui tuleb isu, siis ka 100m.<\/p>\n<p>Suvehooajale m\u00f5eldes on mul alati peas korralik segadus. Fikseerin m\u00e4lus enda jaoks \u00e4ra ainult k\u00f5ige olulisemad v\u00f5istlused ja teistega tegelen jooksvalt. Ma olen alati endasse ja oma v\u00f5imetesse uskunud, isegi hetkedel, kui tulemus on minu jaoks t\u00f5eline katastroof. Tunnen end praegu v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti ja ootan p\u00f5nevusega, milliseid tulemusi n\u00e4idata suudan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miks soovitaksid noortel, kes pole kunagi \u00fcheski trennis k\u00e4inud, sporti tegema hakata?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e4letan, kui ise kergej\u00f5ustikuga alles alustasin, kui lahe seltskond meil koos oli. Olen t\u00e4nu spordile leidnud v\u00e4ga palju h\u00e4id ja toredaid tuttavaid.<\/p>\n<p>Sport on kasulik ka oma distsipliini proovile panekuks ning m\u00f5\u00f5dukalt trenni teha on hea nii f\u00fc\u00fcsilisele kui vaimsele tervisele. Peale koolip\u00e4eva on m\u00f5nus m\u00f5tted \u00f5ppimiselt paariks tunniks eemale saada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuidas leida endale sobiv ja meeldiv ala?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minul oli p\u00f5hikoolis v\u00e4ga aktiivne kehalise kasvatuse \u00f5petaja ning just t\u00e4nu sellele j\u00f5udsin kergej\u00f5ustikuni. Usun, et koolis sporditundides v\u00f5ibki \u00e4ra tabada, mis on alad, mis sulle rohkem, mis v\u00e4hem istuvad. Nike jalan\u00f5usid ja tosse on mul aastate jooksul k\u00fcll ja veel olnud ning paar aastat tagasi sain ka mina k\u00fclge ketsihulluse pisiku. Spordipoodi minnes on alati esimene peatus jalan\u00f5ude seina ees. P\u00f5him\u00f5tteliselt kannan m\u00f5ne muu br\u00e4ndi treeningr\u00f5ivaid vaid juhul, kui mul mitte midagi muud \u00fcle ei j\u00e4\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mis sulle Nike puhul meeldib?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nike on minu jaoks olnud alati kvaliteedi s\u00fcmbol. Nende tooted meeldivad mulle kolmel p\u00f5hjusel: tehnoloogia, mugavus ja disain. Nike on need kolm asja omavahel v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti kokku pannud. Kui ilmad on kuumad, siis loomulikult jooksen vabal p\u00e4eval esimese asjana randa.
