Kui sa veel enda jaoks seda pole avastanud, siis siin on m\u00f5ned soovitused.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcks lihtsamaid mooduseid vee peal liikumiseks on aerusurf ehk SUP, mis on viimastel aastatel terves maailmas ja ka Eestis kiiresti populaarsust kogunud. Tegemist on alaga, mida v\u00f5ivada harrastada k\u00f5ik inimesed olenemata vanusest ja eelnevast kogemusest. Aerusrfiga saab tegeleda k\u00f5ikidel veekogudel ja isegi lainetes surfata. Kui pole varem aerusurfiga \u00fcldse kokku puutunud, siis v\u00f5ib seda enne matkale minekut pisut harjutada, aga v\u00f5ib ka alles matka k\u00e4igus esimesed aerusurfi t\u00f5mbed teha.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eInimesed on erinevad, m\u00f5ni soovib enne matkale tulemist SUP koolituse v\u00f5tta, m\u00f5ni lauda rentida ja ise paar korda proovida, kuid palju on neid, kes tulevadki kohe matkale ja saavad kenasti hakkama. Kui \u00f5htu on tuuletu ja meri sile, siis on s\u00f5ita lihtsam, eriti esimesel korral,\u201c r\u00e4\u00e4gib <a href=\"https:\/\/surftown.ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Surftown\u2019i<\/a> treener Jane Aluve. \u201eSUP laual merel olemine on l\u00f5\u00f5gastav, see on mediteerimise viis, eriti tuulevaiksel \u00f5htul, kui p\u00e4ike merre loojudes v\u00e4rvide m\u00e4nguga ahhetama paneb. N\u00e4iteks vastutuult ja laines pikka maad s\u00f5ita on kehale korralik koormus. Kui on tugev tuul, siis on meil ilusad suured lained ja siis teeme hoopis lainesurfi ning lainetes laste kombel hullamine on samuti \u00fclimalt l\u00f5bus ja v\u00e4ga v\u00e4sitav,\u201c lausub Jane.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Treeningud SUP laual<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kui matkal k\u00e4idud ja SUP meeldima hakkab, siis on sellel sportimiseks teisigi v\u00f5imalusi. N\u00e4iteks Surftown pakub muuhulgas treeninguid, mida saab harrastada SUP laual. Kui ilm on kuum, siis saab trenni teha bikiinides, jahedama ilmaga saab selga ka kalipso. \u201eMatkale vahelduseks v\u00f5i regulaarseks trenniks on SUP fitness hiit ja SUP jooga ideaalsed treeningud. Koolitused toimuvad turvalises\u00a0siselaguunis, kus vesi ulatub \u00f5pilasele maksimaalselt rinnuni. Koolitus algab sellega, et tutvustame \u00f5pilastele surfitingimusi, varustust, millega\u00a0koolituse l\u00e4bi viime ja purjelaua s\u00f5idutehnika alustalasid.
