Oodatud on pika ja l\u00fchikese distantsi jooksjad, kuid samuti k\u00f5ik kepik\u00f5nni ja k\u00e4imise huvilised. Pane ennast proovile ning veeda Tartu t\u00e4navatel \u00fcks sportlik p\u00e4ev!<\/p>\n<p>Tartu Linnamaraton on kindlasti \u00fcks erilisemaid Eestis, olles Tartu S\u00fcgisjooksu j\u00e4reltulija. T\u00e4navu toimub jooksuv\u00f5istlus 5. oktoobril ning p\u00e4eva esimene start antakse kell 9.30, kui rajale l\u00e4hevad maratonijooksjad.<\/p>\n<p>Lisaks huvitavale ajaloole, on Tartu Linnamaraton unikaalne oma raja poolest &#8211; kogu maratoni distants l\u00e4bitakse \u00fchel ringil ning suurem osa jooksust kulgeb linna s\u00fcdames.<\/p>\n<p>Samuti on see \u00fcks k\u00f5ige kiiremini kasvava osalejaskonnaga Klubi Tartu Maratoni \u00fcritus. Eelmisel aastal v\u00f5ttis sellest osa rekordiliselt \u00fcle 3700 inimese p\u00f5hidistantsidel ning ligi 3000 noorukit laste\u00fcritustel. M\u00f5ni leiab selle aja, et vahel oma pea m\u00f5tetest t\u00fchjendada, teised aga treenivad j\u00e4rjepidevalt, et k\u00e4ia ka v\u00f5istlustel. Igal juhul saavad sellest kasu k\u00f5ik. Nii avastas jooksmise enda jaoks ka Sportland L\u00f5unakeskuse vanemteenindaja <strong>Ketlin Edela<\/strong>, kes naudib seda ala just seet\u00f5ttu, et saab siis omi m\u00f5tteid m\u00f5elda. \u201eJooksmine on \u00fcks odavamaid sportimise viise, mida saab harrastada igas vanuses. Sellel ajal saab peas rahulikult m\u00f5elda ning probleeme lahendada.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Tartu Linnamaraton annabki suurep\u00e4rase v\u00f5imaluse tulla ning ennast proovile panna. Kuna valmisolek, f\u00fc\u00fcsiline vastupidavus ja ettevalmistus on inimestel erinev, siis valikus on erinevad distantsid. Jooksma saab tulla 10 km rajale, mis on Tartu Linnamaratoni l\u00fchim distants, keskmise variandina on v\u00f5imalik end proovile panna poolmaratonil ehk 21 km pikkusel rajal ning loomulikult on k\u00f5ikidele maratonihuvilistele kavas 42 km distants.<\/p>\n<p>Iga asja edukalt l\u00f5puni viimine annab h\u00e4id emotsioone. Jooksmine on ka \u00fcksinda metsarajal v\u00e4ga hea tegevus, kuid selleks, et ennast veelgi rohkem proovile panna v\u00f5iks osaleda m\u00f5nel rahvaspordi\u00fcritusel. Riin, kes k\u00e4is viimati Tartus jooksmas 10 km rajal, sai sellest palju head energiat. \u201eJooksmisest saan ma erinevaid emotsioone. Alustades rahulolu tundest, et ma teen jooksu \u00e4ra k\u00f5ndimata ning vahepeal ka enda peale vihastades, et \u00fcldse tekib m\u00f5te, et ma ei jaksa. Ketlin, kes on aastaid Tartus elanud, \u00fctleb, et iga kord pakub m\u00f6\u00f6da linna jooksmine uusi emotsioone. \u201eEelmisel aastal jooksin poolmaratonil sellistes kohtades, kuhu ma polnud varem sattunud,\u201c t\u00f5deb ta. Ka sellel aastal l\u00e4heb ta poolmaratoni jooksma. See on naise jaoks juba kuues kord Tartu Linnamaratonil \u2013 see t\u00e4hendab, et m\u00f6\u00f6dunud aastal p\u00e4lvis ta selle eest h\u00f5bem\u00e4rgi. \u201eSoovitan k\u00f5igil tulla Linnamaratonile, kes pole veel k\u00e4inud, sest Tartu on ilus linn ja siin joosta on veel \u00e4gedam,\u201c lausub Ketlin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jooksu\u00fcritused \u00fchendavad spordis\u00f5pru<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nKindlasti ei t\u00e4henda Tartu Linnamaratonil osalemine ainult seda, et tuleb tingimata tulla jooksma. Need \u00fchendavad inimesi ning tekitavad suurep\u00e4rase meeleolu, olenemata sellest, kas oled osaleja v\u00f5i pealtvaataja. Samal arvamusel on ka Riin, kes on osalejana v\u00e4ga r\u00f5\u00f5mus, kui rahvas kaasa elab. \u201eAlati on tore kohata m\u00f5nda tuttavat rajal v\u00f5i raja \u00e4\u00e4res kaasa elamas, see annab kohe energiat juurde,\u201c nendib naine.<\/p>\n<p>Igal juhul on reedel ja laup\u00e4eval Tartu t\u00e4idetud spordis\u00f5pradega, kes \u00fchel v\u00f5i teisel p\u00f5hjusel on otsustanud heade m\u00f5tete linna k\u00fclastada. K\u00f5igil, kel huvi ja jaksu, tasuks ennast proovile panna, sest hea emotsioon on garanteeritud.
