See ei ole kindlasti tavap\u00e4rane, et nii v\u00e4ike t\u00fcdruk istub motika selga. Kuidas see sinul nii kujunes?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mu isa ja vennad s\u00f5itsid krossi, kunagi ammu tegeles sellega isegi mu vanat\u00e4di. Nii olin v\u00e4ikesest peale asja sees ning sain pisiku k\u00fclge. Ema on r\u00e4\u00e4kinud, et multikate asemel vaatasin krossivideosid ning tahtsin alati isaga v\u00f5istlustele ja trenni kaasa minna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Millised m\u00e4lestused on sul esimestest s\u00f5itudest?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e4ris esimene s\u00f5it \u00fcksinda toimus nii, et isa pani mind tsikli selga ning lubas kinni hoida, aga kui selja taha vaatasin, siis teda seal ei olnud. Ma olin t\u00e4iega \u00f5nnelik, et suutsin iseseisvalt s\u00f5ita.<\/p>\n<p>8-aastaselt l\u00e4ksin oma esimesele v\u00f5istlusele. Tol hommikul n\u00e4rveerisin kohutavalt, nutsin ega tahtnud minna, aga vanemad julgustasid ja l\u00e4ksin starti. Kui palju sina oled pidanud vigastustega kokku puutuma ning mil m\u00e4\u00e4ral on need sinu karj\u00e4\u00e4ri m\u00f5jutanud?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suhteliselt palju on kukkumisi, mille tagaj\u00e4rjel saad p\u00f5rutada ja paar p\u00e4eva on siit-sealt valus. Suuremaid \u00f5nnetusi mul v\u00e4ga palju ei ole juhtunud, aga paar korda on luu katki olnud.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5ige halvem kukkumine oli eelmisel suvel trennis, kus sain lenksuga nii k\u00f5va l\u00f6\u00f6gi k\u00f5htu, et tekkis k\u00f5hukelme rebend, p\u00f5rn oli turses ja vaba vedelik oli k\u00f5hus. Alguses \u00f6eldi, et kaks n\u00e4dalat ei tohi midagi teha, olin pikali ning praktiliselt ei liigutanudki. Kui kahe n\u00e4dala m\u00f6\u00f6dudes trenni l\u00e4ksin, siis oli ikkagi s\u00fcda paha ning ma ei suutnud midagi teha &#8211; l\u00f5puks olin viis n\u00e4dalat spordist eemal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kas sellised asjad hirmu ei tekita?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vahel paneb m\u00f5tlema. Eriti viimane \u00f5nnetus, mis oleks v\u00f5inud ju hulleminigi minna. Aga kui istud kodus, trenni ei saa teha ning tead, et teised k\u00e4ivad, siis tekib sportlik viha, mis toob rajale tagasi. Ettevalmistuse ajal k\u00e4in 3-4 korda n\u00e4dalas j\u00f5usaalis ja tegelen vastupidavusaladega \u2013 jooksmise, rattas\u00f5idu, ujumise ja suusatamisega. Hooajal teen v\u00f5imalikult palju s\u00f5idutrenni, mille k\u00f5rvalt k\u00e4in jooksmas ja s\u00f5idan rattaga.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kui oluline on selle ala puhul vaimne vorm?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sama oluline nagu f\u00fc\u00fcsiline, sest peas peab k\u00f5ik korras olema. V\u00e4ga palju on m\u00f5istust vaja, et aru saada, mida ja kuidas sa teed. Ma otseselt vaimu eraldi ei treeni, aga kuulan kogenud s\u00f5itjate soovitusi, p\u00fc\u00fcan igas olukorras rahulikuks j\u00e4\u00e4da ning m\u00f5elda, et l\u00e4heb h\u00e4sti. Kuidas selline m\u00f5te tuli?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ma olen terve elu p\u00e4ris palju jooksnud, samuti olen tegelenud ujumisega. Suvel ostsin ratta ja hakkasin rohkem s\u00f5itma ning m\u00f5tlesin, et v\u00f5iks kunagi triatlonit proovida, aga otsest plaani ei teinud. Siis aga sain pakkumise minna <a href=\"https:\/\/sportland.ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sportlandi<\/a>\u00a0saadikuna Otep\u00e4\u00e4 poolpikale triatlonile ning v\u00f5tsin selle vastu. Alles peale seda, kui jah s\u00f5na oli \u00f6eldud, hakkasin m\u00f5tlema, kas mul tegelikult ka selleks \u00fcldse aega on. Aga kuna mulle uued v\u00e4ljakutsed meeldivad ja iseenda proovile panek on samuti <em>fun<\/em>, siis otsustasin, et ma lihtsalt pean selle tehtud saama. Ja saan ka! Ma arvan, et piisava tahtej\u00f5u juures on k\u00f5ik v\u00f5imalik.<\/p>\n<p>Sportland toetab mind <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bottecchia.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bottecchia<\/a> jalgratta, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.speedo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Speedo<\/a> ujumisvarustuse, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nike.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nike<\/a> trenniriiete ja jalatsitega ning kalipso ja triatloni trikooga. K\u00f5ige keerulisemaks osutub kindlasti aeg aprillist juunini, kus k\u00f5ige muu k\u00f5rval tuleb ka puhkep\u00e4evade arvelt palju s\u00f5idutrenne teha. Arvatavasti pean ka m\u00f5ned IRONMAN-i kavas olevad treeningud asendama tsiklitrennidega. \u00d5nneks \u00f5pin kehakultuuri ja t\u00e4nu sellele on mul pisut teadmisi, kuidas ja mismoodi trenne paremini kombineerida, et ei pingutaks liialt \u00fcle ning j\u00f5uaks ka puhata.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Millised eesm\u00e4rgid oled triatlonis seadnud?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eelk\u00f5ige \u00fcritan seda protsessi nautida, saada uusi-p\u00f5nevaid kogemusi ja emotsioone.\u00a0Olen ka m\u00f5elnud ajale, mille v\u00f5iks eesm\u00e4rgiks v\u00f5tta, kuid midagi paika pannud ei ole. K\u00f5ige olulisem on j\u00f5uda fini\u0161isse. See tundub p\u00e4ris suur v\u00e4ljakutse, sest mul puudub varasem kokkupuude triatloniga ning see k\u00f5ik on minu jaoks uus. Jooksmist pelgan k\u00f5ige rohkem, sest kui 90 km oled rattaga Otep\u00e4\u00e4 radadel \u00fcles-alla pannud, siis v\u00f5ivad jalad \u00fcsna l\u00e4bi olla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Millised on sinu plaanid motosportlasena?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tahaksin s\u00f5ita ja v\u00f5istelda v\u00f5imalikult palju ning areneda motospordis kaugemale. Tahan saada veel kiiremaks ja osaleda v\u00f5imalikult palju v\u00f5istlustel just v\u00e4lismaal. Samuti tahaksin osa v\u00f5tta m\u00f5nest motokrossi meistriv\u00f5istluste sarjast v\u00e4ljaspool Eestit, et areneda just koos kiiremate naistega. Olen olnud klienditeenindaja, administraator, lapsehoidja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mis sind motiveerib?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Motohooaeg on suhteliselt pikk &#8211; aprillist oktoobrini, ning selle l\u00f5pus on k\u00fcll suur v\u00e4simus, sest trennide ja v\u00f5istluste k\u00f5rvalt pean tegelema ka endale toetajate otsimisega. Aga kui oled kunagi s\u00f5itma hakanud, siis on pisik sees ja sellest sa enam lahti ei saa. Just adrenaliin, kiirus, h\u00fcpped ja v\u00f5istlushimu on need, mis rajale tagasi toovad. Alati on ka v\u00e4ga hea tunne, kui tuled rajalt \u00e4ra ning tead, et pingutasid ja andsid endast k\u00f5ik.<\/p>\n<p>Olen v\u00e4ga t\u00e4nulik oma perele, l\u00e4hedastele ning k\u00f5ikidele s\u00f5pradele ja toetajatele, t\u00e4nu kellele ma tegelikult nii kaugele \u00fcldse j\u00f5udnud olen. Motokross on siiski tiimit\u00f6\u00f6 ja \u00fcksinda poleks v\u00f5imalik selle alaga tegeleda.
