Sirge, haak, <em>uppercut<\/em> \u2013 kas oled valmis ainulaadseks kogemuseks?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mis on BOXBOX?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BOXBOX on t\u00e4iesti esimene poksistuudio Eestis ehk poksibutiik, kus h\u00e4maras \u00f6\u00f6klubi meenutavas saalis kohtuvad intensiivne trenn, hea muusika ja \u00e4ge seltskond.<\/p>\n<p>Trenni tulles ei ole vaja eelnevat poksikogemust, sest trennis ei \u00f5pita v\u00f5itlema ega vastasega poksima. Tehnikale p\u00f6\u00f6ratakse k\u00fcll t\u00e4helepanu ning treener n\u00e4itab ette, kuidas liigutusi teha, aga tegemist on eelk\u00f5ige \u00fcldf\u00fc\u00fcsilise intensiivse kardiotrenniga. Trenni v\u00e4ltel teeb iga osaleja harjutusi oma poksikotil (l\u00f6\u00f6ke sooritatakse ainult k\u00e4tega, jalal\u00f6\u00f6ke ei ole). Harjutusi tehakse kuueminutiliste ringidena ning l\u00f6\u00f6kide kombinatsioonid kotil vahelduvad \u00fcldf\u00fc\u00fcsiliste harjutustega (k\u00fckid, v\u00e4ljaasted, k\u00e4tek\u00f5verdused, plank jms).<\/p>\n<p>Treener n\u00e4itab ette harjutuste kombinatsioonid ning iga\u00fcks saab neid teha oma tempo ja intensiivsusega. Kui vahepeal l\u00e4heb meelest \u00e4ra, millist kombot parasjagu teha, siis saab selle \u00fcle vaadata saalis asuvalt ekraanilt. Ei maksa karta, et treeningud on \u00fcksluised, sest vaheldusrikkuse tagavad erinevate poksil\u00f6\u00f6kide kombinatsioonid, mida leidub tuhandeid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mida trenniks vaja on?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selga peaks panema mugavad trenniriided ja jalga tossud. Kaasa v\u00f5tta vesi ja trennir\u00e4tik. Kohustuslik on kasutada poksikinnaste all poksisidemeid v\u00f5i sisekindaid, mida on ka v\u00f5imalik klubist kohapealt osta. Ideaalis v\u00f5iks BOXBOX-i teha kaks korda n\u00e4dalas, kombineerides seda teiste trennidega.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milliseid emotsioone BOXBOX-ist saab?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trennisaalis pannakse suurt r\u00f5hku muusikale ning kuna ruumis on h\u00e4mar, siis tekib tunne nagu oleksid sattunud \u00f6\u00f6klubisse. Ka BOXBOX treeningud on MyFitness J\u00e4rve tunniplaanis nii hommikusel, p\u00e4evasel kui \u00f5htusel ajal.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcdamele peaks aga panema seda, et trennidesse ei tohiks hilineda.
