See 5 km pikkune jooks on j\u00f5ukohane k\u00f5ikidele sportlikele noortele. Starti oodatakse k\u00f5iki, kel vanust 13-29 eluaastat. Iga osaleja saab omale Nike T-s\u00e4rgi, medali ning v\u00e4geva elamuse rajalt. Nagu varasemalt, joostakse noortejooks Nike s\u00e4rkides!<\/p>\n<p>Noortejooksu satrt antakse laup\u00e4eval, 10. septembril kell 14.\u00a0Falgi teel. Marsruut kulgeb Toompuiestee, Rannam\u00e4e tee, Tolli ja Suurt\u00fcki t\u00e4nava kaudu Tornide v\u00e4ljakule ja sealt edasi Tallinna vanalinna. Ajalooliste t\u00e4navate kaudu j\u00f5utakse Raekoja platsile ja Harju t\u00e4nava kaudu fini\u0161ipaika Vabaduse v\u00e4ljakul. Lisaks medalile ootavad k\u00f5iki l\u00f5petajaid fini\u0161ijook ja energiamps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esimene Nike noortejooks toimus 2014. aastal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esimesest Nike noortejooksust, mis toimus juba kaheksa aastat tagasi, v\u00f5ttis osa 800 noort inimest. Aegade jooksul on startinud ka mitmed meie kergej\u00f5ustikutipud nagu Rasmus ja Maris M\u00e4gi ning k\u00fcmnev\u00f5istleja Janek \u00d5iglane. M\u00fcnchenis EM-i pronksi teeninud Janek, on noortejooksu meenutanud heade emotsioonidega: \u201e\u00dcritus on h\u00e4sti korraldatud. Sealne melu ja seltskond on vinge! Seal on nii tugevaid kui ka natukene aeglasemaid jooksjaid ning kui tunned, et pole k\u00f5ige kiirem, siis leiad endale ikkagi seltskonna, kellega koos joosta ja vanalinna l\u00e4bivat vinget jooksu nautida. Algus on kindlasti raske, aga mida aeg edasi, seda rohkem hakkad seda tegevust nautima.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jookse koos Franz Malmsteniga<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4navuselgi jooksul on stardis tuntud n\u00e4gusid, kes noortele eeskuju annavad. \u00dcks neist on viimastel aastatel Eesti filmides laineid l\u00f6\u00f6nud n\u00e4itleja Franz Malmsten. \u201eJooksmise ja spordi olulisus peitub selles, et see aitab maandada tavap\u00e4rast stressi, mis p\u00e4eva jooksul koguneb. Sa ei ole kunagi \u00fcksinda, vaid oled osa \u00fchisest <em>vibe<\/em>\u2019st, mis kulgeb stardist fini\u0161ini.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dchtse s\u00e4rgi kandmine ei ole noortejooksul pelgalt soovitus. Starti lubatakse ainult 2022. aasta stardinumbri ja Nike Noortejooksu T-s\u00e4rgiga osalejad. Lisaks tuleb meeles pidada, et konkreetse stardinumbriga tohib v\u00f5istelda ainult selle all registreeritud osaleja ning startima peab oma stardigrupist, valest grupist rajale l\u00e4inud diskvalifitseeritakse. Kui pole ammu jooksnud, siis esimene samm ongi raske. Mida p\u00e4ev edasi, seda paremaks enesetunne l\u00e4heb. Koos on kindlasti kergem treeningutega alustada.<\/p>\n<p>Igal augustikuu neljap\u00e4eval oled oodatud tasuta trenni Piritale Reidi teele, kus treeninguid viivad l\u00e4bi NRC (Nike Run Club) treenerid. Treening sobib absoluutselt k\u00f5igile s\u00f5ltumata varasemast jooksukogemusest. Erandkorras lubatakse rajale ka nooremaid ehk lapsi vanuses 7-12, kuid seda lapsevanema loal ja vastutusel. Samuti on soovitatav enne jooksule registreerimist k\u00e4ia \u00e4ra tervisekontrollis.
