Nii et kui meie k\u00f5igi aegade \u00fcks paremaid triatleete Ain-Alar Juhanson tegi Padarile juba teist korda ettepaneku startida TriSmile\u2019i triatlonil P\u00fchaj\u00e4rvel, ei saanud artist enam v\u00f5imalusest loobuda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tanel, teie esinemisi vaadates on j\u00e4\u00e4nud mulje, et eluj\u00f5ust ja energiast ei tohiks teil justkui puudu olla. M\u00fcttasime v\u00e4ljakul kas v\u00f5i villaste sokkidega ja viskasime palli korvi suunas. Kui Tallinna tulin, tutvusin noorte muusikute ja lauljatega. Ei meenu, et kellegi p\u00e4evaplaanis oleks olnud mingi trenn. Enesetunne oli hoopis parem kui p\u00e4rast j\u00f5usaalis pingutamist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miks valisite tahtej\u00f5u proovilepanekuks triatloni?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aastaid tagasi, kui mu \u00f5de (Gerli Padar \u2013 toim) TriSmile\u2019i triatlonil osales, v\u00f5ttis Ain-Alar ka minuga \u00fchendust. Tol korral j\u00e4i asi katki, sest mul polnud selleks aega valmistuda. Noorel Tanelil oli aja planeerimine problemaatiline. N\u00fc\u00fcd leian tunni v\u00f5i kaks ning treening saab tehtud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mida kuulsite kehalise t\u00f6\u00f6v\u00f5ime uuringul ja tervise l\u00e4bivaatlusel?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kui r\u00e4\u00e4kisin arstile, mis alaga hakkan tegelema, k\u00fcsis ta: Ujunud olete? \u2013 Ei. \u2013 Rattaga olete s\u00f5itnud? \u2013 Ei. \u2013 Jooksnud? \u2013 Ei. \u2013 Edu ja j\u00f5udu teile!Olin \u00fcsna kindel, et elup\u00f5letava elustiili t\u00f5ttu on hakanud m\u00f5ni osa l\u00e4bi kuluma. \u00d6eldi aga hoopis nii: t\u00e4iesti terve mees. Kui m\u00e4ngisin tennist, vaatasin vahel pulsikella \u2013 200!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuidas sujuvad rattas\u00f5idu- ja jooksutreeningud?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Olen v\u00e4ndanud sisejalgrattaga, teinud m\u00f5ne kuni k\u00fcmnekilomeetrise jooksuringi. Jalgeloleku aega oleme j\u00e4rk-j\u00e4rgult suurendanud kepik\u00f5nnimatkadega. Kaaslaseks on Siiri Mere, kes samuti valmistub Ironman Otep\u00e4\u00e4 70.3 triatloniks. Alustasin k\u00f5igi alade treenimist nullist. Ma pole midagi valesti \u00f5ppinud.
