MyFitnessi Baltikumi treeningute juht Eva Ottas oli lahkelt n\u00f5us jagama, mida uuel klubil spordihuvilistele pakkuda.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt aga p\u00e4rin, mis on Eva pingelises t\u00f6\u00f6s hetkel suurim v\u00e4ljakutse. Vastuseks saan, et loomulikult on uue klubi avamine t\u00f6\u00f6mahukas ja p\u00f5nev, kuid peamine v\u00e4ljakutse on juba aastaid sama &#8211; kuidas saada ja hoida inimesed liikumise juures, olgu selleks siis j\u00f5usaal v\u00f5i r\u00fchmatreeningud. Vastavatud avaras klubis on uued riietusruumid, rohkelt kardiomasinaid, t\u00e4iesti uue stiiliga r\u00fchmatreeningute saal ja BOXBOX stuudio. Kristiines ongi r\u00f5hk just r\u00fchmatreeningutel ja neid leidub siin v\u00e4ga erinevaid. Tunniplaanis on esindatud Cross Training, BodyPump, BodyBalance, jooga, Nike Training Club, MyFit body, zumba, treeningsari NAINE, BOXBOX ja Fusion Pilates. Suurimaks uuenduseks on hetkel maailmas k\u00f5ige populaarsem r\u00fchmatreeningute trend \u2013 reformer Pilates.
