Rulast on saanud lahe transpordivahend, millega kodust kooli, koolist koju ja s\u00f5pradega kohtuma kulgeda. K\u00f5ige rohkem kasutatakse praegusel ajal <em>cruiser, longboard<\/em>\u00a0ja SB t\u00fc\u00fcpi rulasid.<\/p>\n<p>Algkooliealistele lastele sobib ideaalselt esimeseks rulaks <strong>mini\u00a0<em>cruiser<\/em>\u00a0ehk <em>penny board<\/em><\/strong>. See on l\u00fchikese lauaga plastikust rula. Kuna <em>penny<\/em> on v\u00e4ga kerge, siis saab seda lihtsa vaevaga igale poole kaasa v\u00f5tta. Samuti on seda lihtne kasutada ning aktiivsed lapsed saavad sellel tasakaalu p\u00fcsimise ja man\u00f6\u00f6verdamise ruttu selgeks. Rula treeninguid korraldab n\u00e4iteks <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spotoftallinn.ee\/trennid\/treeningud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Spot of Tallinn<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Kui aga otsustada ise \u00f5ppima hakata, siis pane k\u00f5rva taha j\u00e4rgmised m\u00e4rks\u00f5nad.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0<strong>Osta endale sobiva otstarbega rula.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0<strong>Kanna \u00f5igeid jalatseid<\/strong>.\u00a0Rula jalatsite tallad on siledad, et tagada parem <em>grip<\/em>\u00a0ja tunnetus rulalaua \u00fcle. Jalatsite materjalid on v\u00f5rreldes tavaliste vabaajatossudega robustsemad ja vastupidavamad, samuti paksemad, et v\u00e4hendada p\u00f5rutust. Rula jalatsite varbaosad on tugevdatud, et v\u00e4ltida kiiret kulumist ja pakkuda jalale kaitset. Rula rataste laagrid ei ole ka veekindlad, ning vesi kahjustab laagreid seestpoolt. Jalg, millega sa esimese sammu ettepoole teed, m\u00e4\u00e4rab \u00e4ra sinu s\u00f5idustiili.\u00a0<em>Goofy<\/em>\u00a0s\u00f5idab parem jalg ees ja <em>regular<\/em>\u00a0s\u00f5idab vasak jalg ees.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0<strong>Alustuseks proovi teha esimesed l\u00fckked ja s\u00f5ida sirgjooneliselt<\/strong>.\u00a0Jalg mida sa l\u00fckkamiseks ei kasuta, aseta rula laua ette otsa kruvikohtadele 30 kraadise nurga alla ning lase seda jalga ka p\u00f5lvest natukene allapoole, et tagumise jalaga oleks v\u00f5imalik hoogu l\u00fckata. T\u00e4htis ei ole kiirus, vaid tasakaalu s\u00e4ilitamine. Kiirus tuleb ajaga.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0<strong>\u00d5pi pidurdama<\/strong>.\u00a0Aseta raskuskese esimesele jalale ning lase p\u00f5lvest natukene allapoole. Lisaks aitab see parandada koordinatsiooni ning muudab sind tugevamaks, sest rulatades on iga lihas kasutusel. Rulas\u00f5it on v\u00e4ga taskukohane hobi, sest sul l\u00e4heb vaja vaid rula ja sobivaid jalatseid.<\/p>\n<p>Kui sa pole veel rulas\u00f5itu proovinud, siis tee seda kindlasti ning elu l\u00e4heb palju l\u00f5busamaks, lisaks saad v\u00e4ikse adrenaliinilaksu.
