N\u00fc\u00fcd juhib ta kahte restorani Tallinna vanalinnas ning teda saab n\u00e4ha \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.masterchef.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MasterChef Eesti<\/a>\u201c\u00a0telesaates, kus ta t\u00e4idab kohtunikurolli. R\u00e4\u00e4kisime Ormiga kokandusest, men\u00fc\u00fc koostamisest, s\u00fcgise m\u00f5just ja paljust muust.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuidas sai alguse sinu kokanduskarj\u00e4\u00e4r?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00fc\u00fca hakkasin tegema juba eelteismelisena. Seda suuresti seet\u00f5ttu, et olin tihti p\u00e4rast kooli \u00fcksi kodus ning mul oli p\u00f5him\u00f5te, et ei taha kaks p\u00e4eva j\u00e4rjest sama asja s\u00fc\u00fca. Meie restoranides piirame ennast toitude puhul autentsete Itaalia roogadega. \u00dcleliigset leiutamist me ei tee ja l\u00e4htume pigem v\u00e4ga heast toorainest ja selle \u00f5igest k\u00e4itlemisest. Samas, olles terve elu tegelenud gurmeekokandusega, siis seal on kindlasti t\u00e4htis hooajalisus ja restorani enda stiil, et sa ei h\u00fcppaks enda paika pandud raamidest v\u00e4lja. Kui tahta kokanduses karj\u00e4\u00e4riga algust teha, oleks m\u00f5istlik olla kaks-kolm kuud m\u00f5nes kvaliteetses restoranis praktikal, et n\u00e4ha kas selline elustiil on sinu jaoks \u00f5ige. Elan suhteliselt tavalise inimese s\u00fcgiseelu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuidas m\u00f5jutab pimedama aja tulek sinu vaimset tervist ning mida teed selle hoidmiseks?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vaimse tervisega tuleb tegeleda s\u00fcstemaatiliselt ja isegi siis, kui sul midagi h\u00e4da pole. Kui kunagi s\u00fcgise tuleku \u00fcle kurtsin, \u00fctles mu ps\u00fchholoog selle peale v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti, et l\u00f5ppude l\u00f5puks on see lihtsalt ilm, see on Eestis alati muutlik ega peaks su elu nii suurel m\u00e4\u00e4ral m\u00f5jutama. Kui selle m\u00f5tte endaga kaasa v\u00f5tsin, sain aru, et tegelikult ei ole aastaaeg \u00fcldse oluline. Mis sulle selle br\u00e4ndi juures meeldib?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5ige rohkem meeldib just The North Face\u2019i puudutav ajalooline aspekt, mis seotud m\u00e4gironimise ja avastamisega. Br\u00e4ndi kollektsioonist meeldivad mulle pigem ekspeditsioonir\u00f5ivad ja mitte nii laialt t\u00e4navapildis n\u00e4htavad esemed. Mu ema tegeles kunagi m\u00e4gironimisega ja The North Face on mulle sellega seoses filmidest ja dokumentaalidest meelde j\u00e4\u00e4nud. M\u00e4gironimine on minu arust k\u00f5ige karmim sport maailmas &#8211; \u00fcksk\u00f5ik kui tehnilised on jalgpallurid v\u00f5i kui osavad on krossis\u00f5itjad, siis m\u00e4gironimine tundub mentaalselt tohutult raske.
