K\u00e4esoleval aastal on ta sihid seadnud Roomas toimuvale kergej\u00f5ustiku EM-ile, aga unistab tulevikus ka ol\u00fcmpiale p\u00e4\u00e4semisest. Marielle annab endast alati sada protsenti ja tunneb seel\u00e4bi naudingut nii treeningust kui v\u00f5istlemisest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuidas v\u00f5tad l\u00fchidalt kokku oma eelmise hooaja?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00f6\u00f6dunud hooajaga olen v\u00e4ga rahul, kuna olen esmakordselt kahekordne Eesti sisemeister 400 m ja 800 m jooksus. Ma ei ole 800 m jooksuga harjunud ega eraldi selle jaoks treeninud, kuid \u00fctlesin treenerile, et usalda mind ja l\u00e4heme v\u00f5tame kulla. Suvine v\u00f5istlusperiood algab Euroopa meistriv\u00f5istlustega Roomas ning see on \u00fcks meie eesm\u00e4rkidest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milline on su praegune treeningrutiin? Kus ja kelle k\u00e4e all treenid?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minu treener on Julian Gonzalez, kes on Kolumbiast p\u00e4rit t\u00f5kkejooksutreener. Treenime kuus korda n\u00e4dalas Audentese spordiklubis. Mulle on alati meeldinud hommikuti treenida, kuna \u00f5htuti t\u00e4idan oma t\u00f6\u00f6kohustusi. Minu treeningud kestavad kaks-kolm tundi. Olenevalt n\u00e4dalap\u00e4evast kas jooksen, tegelen t\u00f5kkejooksu tehnikaga v\u00f5i treenin j\u00f5usaalis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kas keskendud rohkem \u00fchele kindlale distantsile v\u00f5i paned r\u00f5hku eri distantsidele?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suvisel perioodil keskendun 400 m t\u00f5kkejooksule. Vahel v\u00f5ib m\u00f5ni v\u00f5it tunduda lihtne ja \u00fclekaalukas, kuid ainult mina ja minu treener teame, milline t\u00f6\u00f6 selle taga on, et see lihtsus saavutada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mida teed enda vaimse vormi hoidmiseks?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mulle meeldib v\u00e4ga treenida ja v\u00f5istelda, kuid leian iga p\u00e4ev v\u00e4hemalt viisteist minutit, et tegeleda m\u00f5ne muu asjaga, mis pole seotud minu spordialaga. Mulle meeldib lugeda, muusikat kuulata, perega aega veeta ja vahel piljardit m\u00e4ngimas k\u00e4ia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2024 on ol\u00fcmpia-aasta, mis pakub v\u00f5imaluse ka publikul eri alade tippsportlastele kaasa elada. Kui palju sina oled ol\u00fcmpiam\u00e4nge vaadanud ning millised on parimad m\u00e4lestused?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Olen ol\u00fcmpiam\u00e4nge alati vaadanud ning usun, et emotsioonid v\u00f5ivad m\u00e4\u00e4rata tuleviku. Kui ma veel v\u00f5rkpalli m\u00e4ngisin, siis j\u00e4lgisin ikka jooksualasid, kuna mulle jooksmine lihtsalt nii v\u00e4ga meeldis. K\u00f5ige eredamalt on aga meeles Erki Noole ja Gerd Kanteri ol\u00fcmpiav\u00f5idud, eriti Kanteri sprindikiirendus Eesti lipuga Pekingi ol\u00fcmpiastaadionil. See valik ei ole olnud kergete killast, kuid \u00f5nneks on minu enda teha.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miks v\u00f5iks ol\u00fcmpial v\u00f5istlemine olla erilisem kui m\u00f5ni muu v\u00f5istlus?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ol\u00fcmpial v\u00f5istleb maailma eliittase. \u00dcle madala aia oskab iga\u00fcks h\u00fcpata ja seep\u00e4rast olen seadnud endale suured eesm\u00e4rgid. Minus on seda saavutusvajadust ja uudishimu, kui l\u00e4hedale nullile ma suudan joosta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kui oluline on kvaliteetne varustus ning milliseid omadusi sina varustuse valimisel otsid?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kvaliteetne varustus on v\u00e4ga oluline. Eelk\u00f5ige pean silmas just jalatseid, kuna need on jooksja peamised t\u00f6\u00f6vahendid. Kui alustasin kergej\u00f5ustikuga, siis piisas mulle \u00fchest paarist igasuguste treeningute jaoks. N\u00fc\u00fcd valin jalan\u00f5ud eraldi h\u00fcpete, l\u00f5igu- ja j\u00f5utreeningu jaoks. Br\u00e4ndi tootevalik on lai ning seal leidub midagi igale maitsele.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Millised adidase tooted on sinu isiklikud lemmikud?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minu lemmikud on adidase jooksujalatsid <a href=\"https:\/\/sportland.ee\/product\/adidas_womens_adizero_boston_12_shoes_id7248\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Boston 12<\/a>. Kuid minu viimase aja avastus on adidas <a href=\"https:\/\/sportland.ee\/product\/adidas_womens_dropset_2_trainer_hq8777\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dropset 2<\/a>\u00a0treeningjalatsid. Need on sileda tallaga ning on raskuste t\u00f5stmisel v\u00e4ga mugavad, mist\u00f5ttu ei l\u00e4he tarvis eraldi t\u00f5stekingi.
