Sa tulid teist korda Euroopa meistriks ning saavutasid ol\u00fcmpial Eesti iluuisutamise ajaloo parima, seitsmenda koha. Kuidas ise tulemustega rahul oled ja milliste emotsioonidega neid praegu meenutad?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Raske on oma tulemusega rahulolematu olla. Olen siiralt uhke oma tiimi \u00fcle \u2013 nii l\u00fchikese aja jooksul p\u00e4rast s\u00fcgisel toimunud operatsiooni suutsime valmistuda nii suurteks v\u00f5istlusteks ning mitte ainult osaleda, vaid taastada vormi. V\u00f5in \u00f6elda, et praegu olen oma elu parimas vormis. Olen v\u00e4ga rahul nii tulemustega kui ka puhaste kavadega ning meenutan seda hooaega suure t\u00e4nutunde ja r\u00f5\u00f5muga.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milano Cortina oli sinu esimene ol\u00fcmpia. Kas see oli teiste v\u00f5istlustega v\u00f5rreldes ka kuidagi erilisem?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00f5istluse m\u00f5ttes ei olnud midagi v\u00e4ga teistsugust \u2013 sama j\u00e4\u00e4 ja samad kavad. Kuid elukorraldus oli hoopis erinev. Ol\u00fcmpiak\u00fclas elasid koos v\u00e4ga paljude erinevate alade sportlased, mis l\u00f5i t\u00e4iesti teistsuguse atmosf\u00e4\u00e4ri. See oli v\u00e4ga eriline kogemus. K\u00f5ige rohkem meeldis mulle m\u00e4rkide vahetamine \u2013 nii sain tutvuda sportlastega erinevatest riikidest ja spordialadelt. Ol\u00fcmpiak\u00fclas leidus palju huvitavat, millega tegeleda. Kui oluliseks sa seda v\u00f5imalust pead?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ol\u00fcmpia galaetendusel osalemine on minu jaoks suur au ja tunnustus. See t\u00e4hendab, et sinu esinemist on m\u00e4rgatud ja hinnatud. Galal esinemine meeldib mulle v\u00e4ga, sest seal saab uisutada vabamalt ja nautida hetke ilma pingeta, mis tavav\u00f5istlustega kaasneb. Sina oled iluuisutamisega tegelenud juba 17 aastat ning kogu selle aja Svetlana Varnavskaja k\u00e4e all. Kui palju sa igap\u00e4evaselt j\u00e4\u00e4l treenid ning kui palju treeninguid toimub v\u00e4ljaspool j\u00e4\u00e4halli?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Treenin kuus p\u00e4eva n\u00e4dalas, p\u00fchap\u00e4ev on ainus puhkep\u00e4ev. Tavaliselt on kaks j\u00e4\u00e4trenni p\u00e4evas, \u00fcks poolteist tundi ning teine viisk\u00fcmmend minutit. Iga p\u00e4ev teeme treeningsaalis nii soojenduse kui ka l\u00f5dvestuse. Lisaks teeme mitmesuguseid j\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4liseid treeninguid: \u00fcldf\u00fc\u00fcsiline ettevalmistus, koreograafia, tantsutrennid ja venitused. J\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4line t\u00f6\u00f6 on v\u00e4ga oluline osa igap\u00e4evasest ettevalmistusest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mida sa treeningute puhul ise k\u00f5ige rohkem naudid?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mulle meeldib v\u00e4ga h\u00fcpata, sest tunne h\u00fcppe ajal on eriline. Kuid k\u00f5ige parem tunne on see, kui n\u00e4ed oma t\u00f6\u00f6 tulemust ja saad aru, et oled arenenud. Kui tunned end trennis h\u00e4sti ja enesekindlalt, m\u00f5jutab see ka tulemust. Valin riided selle j\u00e4rgi, et need oleksid kvaliteetsed, mugavad ja sobiksid aktiivseks liikumiseks.<\/p>\n<p>Mul on peaaegu pool kappi t\u00e4is Nike tooteid, sest see on \u00fcks minu lemmikbr\u00e4nde ning minu jaoks ka \u00fcks mugavamaid. Eriti meeldivad mulle nende treeningretuusid, topid ja pusad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mis sind k\u00f5ige rohkem motiveerib iluuisutamisega edasi tegelema \u2013 unistus medalist, soov iga p\u00e4ev natuke paremaks saada v\u00f5i hoopis midagi muud?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Natuke k\u00f5ike, aga k\u00f5ige olulisem on armastus oma ala vastu. Ma ei kujuta oma elu ilma iluuisutamiseta ette. Just see kirg motiveerib mind iga p\u00e4ev edasi t\u00f6\u00f6tama ja arenema.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sa oled silma j\u00e4\u00e4nud emotsionaalsete esitustega, aga ka v\u00e4ga enesekindla uisutajana. Kust tuleb su enesekindlus \u2013 kas see on kaasas\u00fcndinud v\u00f5i treenitav oskus?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>See on kindlasti treenitav oskus. Varem olin trennis alati enesekindel, kuid v\u00f5istlustel ei suutnud oma maksimumi n\u00e4idata. Aja jooksul \u00f5ppisin enesekindlust ka startidesse \u00fcle kandma. Selleks kulus palju aastaid \u2013 pidin \u00f5ppima ennast paremini tundma ja enne igat v\u00f5istlust \u00f5igesti valmistuma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kui anda \u00fcks soovitus noorele, kes alles otsib oma ala, siis mis see on?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kui alustad millegagi, siis ei pea k\u00f5ik kohe \u00f5nnestuma. Heade tulemuste saavutamiseks on vaja palju aega ja j\u00e4rjepidevat t\u00f6\u00f6d. Teel tuleb ette nii t\u00f5use kui m\u00f5\u00f5nu, kuid oluline on \u00f5ppida ka raskustega toime tulema. Just see aitab hiljem veel k\u00f5rgemale t\u00f5usta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miks on sinu arvates oluline, et inimesed \u00fcldse liiguksid ja sporti teeksid \u2013 isegi kui nad ei taha tippsportlaseks saada? See aitab hoida nii keha kui ka vaimu heas vormis. On oluline arendada mitte ainult oma m\u00f5istust, vaid ka keha. Regulaarne liikumine annab energiat, parandab enesetunnet ja aitab paremini igap\u00e4evaeluga toime tulla, isegi kui eesm\u00e4rgiks ei ole tippsport.<\/p>\n<p>Iluuisutamist soovitaksin k\u00f5igile, kes tahavad arendada oma keha ja koordinatsiooni. Iluuisutamine on erakordselt mitmek\u00fclgne spordiala \u2013 see \u00fchendab j\u00f5u, ilu, muusika ja tantsu.
