Jooksutreeningutega v\u00f5ib ju alustada kasv\u00f5i enda koduukse alt ning kilomeetreid saab m\u00f5\u00f5ta nii t\u00e4naval, pargis, kergliiklusteedel kui ka metsaradadel. Jooksmise harrastamiseks ei pea liituma spordiklubiga ning seda on \u00fcsna lihtne p\u00e4evakavasse sobitada. Kui hommikune jooksutrenn aitab p\u00e4eva energilisemalt alustada, siis \u00f5htune ring aitab p\u00e4rast t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4eva l\u00f5\u00f5gastuda, l\u00f5unane jooksutrenn aga aitab p\u00e4eva sportliku tegevusega poolitada. Ja muidugi saab jooksmisega parandada enda f\u00fc\u00fcsilist vormi ja tervist \u2013 see tugevdab s\u00fcdant, aitab kontrollida kehakaalu ja v\u00e4hendab erinevate haiguste riski.
