Unistustes n\u00e4eb ta end kunagi ol\u00fcmpiam\u00e4ngudel, kuid esmalt ootavad ees \u00f5pingud ja treeningud Texase \u00dclikoolis. Kuidas ja millal sa spordi juurde j\u00f5udsid?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vanemad panid mind 4\u20135-aastaselt ujumistrenni. Tegelesin ujumisega kuni k\u00fcmnenda eluaastani. Kergej\u00f5ustiku juurde suunas mind mu ema, kui olin umbes 8\u20139-aastane, ning sealt alates hakkas see ala mulle aina rohkem meeldima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miks valisid just mitmev\u00f5istluse? Kas spetsialiseerusid alguses m\u00f5nele muule alale?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alguses olin kindel, et tahan saada teivash\u00fcppajaks. Tegelikult eelistasin seda ala veel k\u00f5igest kaks aastat tagasi, kuigi treener suunas mind pidevalt ka mitmev\u00f5istlust tegema. Mingil hetkel hakkasid mitmev\u00f5istluse alad paremini v\u00e4lja tulema ja see muutus j\u00e4rjest nauditavamaks. L\u00f5puks, kui teivash\u00fcppes tekkisid probleemid hoojooksuga, otsustasin keskenduda mitmev\u00f5istlusele.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mida pead enda tugevaimaks alaks ning millise ala kallal pead k\u00f5ige rohkem vaeva n\u00e4gema?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minu tugevamateks aladeks on t\u00f5kkejooks ja k\u00f5rgush\u00fcpe. Kogusid 4258 punkti, varasem rekord kuulus 4125 punktiga Liisa-Maria Lustile. Kas see rekord tuli pigem \u00fcllatusena v\u00f5i oligi vorm nii hea?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rekord p\u00e4ris \u00fcllatusena ei tulnud, sest olin selle juba eelmisel aastal endale sihiks seadnud. K\u00fcll aga ei osanud ma oodata, et suudan rekordinumbreid nii palju parandada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kas eelistad pigem viie- v\u00f5i seitsmev\u00f5istlust?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Naudin tegelikult nii viie- kui ka seitsmev\u00f5istlust. Viiev\u00f5istluses olen v\u00f5ib-olla veidi tugevam ja tore on see, et kogu v\u00f5istlus saab \u00fche p\u00e4evaga tehtud. Samas on seitsmev\u00f5istluses vahelduseks tore v\u00f5istelda ka kaks p\u00e4eva. Seda saab nautida kauem ning v\u00f5isteldes v\u00e4lismaal saab konkurentidega rohkem suhelda ja uusi tutvusi luua.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Millised sportlikud eesm\u00e4rgid oled endale p\u00fcstitanud?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hetkel on minu peamiseks eesm\u00e4rgiks kvalifitseeruda seitsmev\u00f5istluses U20 maailmameistriv\u00f5istlustele. Miks otsustasid just selle kasuks ja mida t\u00e4psemalt \u00f5ppima asud?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Valisin Texase \u00dclikooli, sest seda k\u00fclastades tekkis kohe v\u00e4ga kodune tunne. Inimesed olid h\u00e4sti s\u00f5bralikud, treener j\u00e4ttis v\u00e4ga hea mulje ning mulle meeldis ka kogu keskkond ja \u00fcmbrus. Seal on sportimiseks suurep\u00e4rased tingimused. Praegu ei ole ma veel t\u00e4iesti kindel, mida t\u00e4pselt \u00f5ppima hakkan, kuid plaanis on valida \u00e4rinduse suund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Millised ootused sul USA-sse minekuks on? Kuidas \u00f5pinguid ja sporti tasakaalustad?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Soovin areneda nii akadeemiliselt kui ka sportlikult. Loodan, et saan seal iseseisvalt h\u00e4sti hakkama.<\/p>\n<p>Sport on olnud minu elu osa juba v\u00e4ga kaua, seega olen harjunud oma aega planeerima nii, et j\u00f5uaksin \u00e4ra teha nii treeningud kui ka koolit\u00f6\u00f6d. On t\u00f5estatud, et liikumine parandab enesetunnet ja aitab v\u00e4hendada erinevaid terviseriske. K\u00f5ige olulisem on leida selline liikumisviis, mis p\u00e4riselt meeldib \u2013 siis tuleb ka motivatsioon palju lihtsamini. V\u00f5imalusi on v\u00e4ga palju, seega tasub erinevaid alasid proovida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e4rtsis saab jooksuhooaeg taas suurema hoo sisse. Millist n\u00f5u annaksid jooksutrenniga alustamiseks?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Soovitan alustada rahulikult ja t\u00f5sta koormust j\u00e4rk-j\u00e4rgult. V\u00e4ga oluline on teha enne jooksu korralik soojendus ja p\u00e4rast venitused, et lihaste eest hoolitseda ja vigastusi v\u00e4ltida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kui olulist rolli m\u00e4ngib sinu jaoks \u00f5ige varustus?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d5ige varustus m\u00e4ngib minu jaoks kindlasti v\u00e4ga olulist rolli. Mulle meeldib nende riiete kvaliteet \u2013 need peavad h\u00e4sti vastu ja p\u00fcsivad kaua ilusad. Samuti meeldib mulle Nike toodete disain ja see, kui mugavalt riided seljas istuvad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Millised jooksujalatsid sinu varustuse hulka kuuluvad?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Praegu kasutan Nike Vomero 18 Plus jooksujalatseid. Mul on v\u00e4ga kitsas jalg, seega on sobivate jalan\u00f5ude leidmine \u00fcsna keeruline. Vomero 18 Plus on \u00fcks v\u00e4hestest mudelitest, mis minu jalale h\u00e4sti sobib.
